大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化現(xiàn)狀分析及實(shí)效性對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化是指發(fā)揮高校德育的主導(dǎo)作用,依靠全社會(huì)的幫助,使大學(xué)生個(gè)體逐漸接受特定社會(huì)積極的道德信念和道德規(guī)范并加以內(nèi)化,形成符合社會(huì)發(fā)展要求的道德行為,最終以優(yōu)秀的道德品質(zhì)參與到社會(huì)建設(shè)與發(fā)展的過程。我國自古以來重視道德教育,當(dāng)前大學(xué)生德育也取得了輝煌的成就,但隨著社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)型與發(fā)展,大學(xué)生與社會(huì)之間的矛盾日益突出,如何幫助大學(xué)生更好地適應(yīng)社會(huì)發(fā)展,提升大學(xué)生的道德品質(zhì)成為高校德育工作的一個(gè)重要課題。大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化作為德育的重要內(nèi)容,一方面要根據(jù)社會(huì)發(fā)展的新要求和新形勢(shì)幫助大學(xué)生形成積極的道德品質(zhì),另一方面要鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生以優(yōu)秀的道德品質(zhì)參與到社會(huì)建設(shè)中。客觀來說,促進(jìn)大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化主要依靠高校德育的主導(dǎo)作用和社會(huì)各方面的幫助。主觀來說,大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化需要大學(xué)生自身從道德認(rèn)知、道德情感和道德實(shí)踐三方面強(qiáng)化個(gè)體的道德修養(yǎng)和道德社會(huì)化能力。大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化有其必要性,不僅是發(fā)展馬克思主義理論的基本要求,還是培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的社會(huì)主義勞動(dòng)者的現(xiàn)實(shí)要求,有助于調(diào)適大學(xué)生與社會(huì)之間的關(guān)系,有利于大學(xué)生從“自然人”成長為社會(huì)人。當(dāng)前大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化主流是弘揚(yáng)主旋律,趨勢(shì)是逐步生活化、現(xiàn)代化,大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化的表現(xiàn)形式多樣,總體現(xiàn)狀是好的,積極的。但仍存在一定的問題,表現(xiàn)在高校德育社會(huì)化理論不成熟、德育社會(huì)化目標(biāo)過于空泛、針對(duì)性和實(shí)效性不強(qiáng),大學(xué)生自身在道德認(rèn)知、道德心理和道德實(shí)踐上也存在一定的問題。針對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化存在的問題,筆者從客觀和主觀方面尋找了問題存在的原因,主要是高校德育對(duì)大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化不夠重視,社會(huì)各方面的參與力度不夠,大學(xué)生自身也缺乏德育社會(huì)化的意識(shí)和實(shí)踐。對(duì)此,要提高大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化的實(shí)效性,應(yīng)當(dāng)充分發(fā)揮高校德育的主導(dǎo)作用,建立健全高校德育社會(huì)化體系,構(gòu)建大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化合力機(jī)制,積極強(qiáng)化家庭德育社會(huì)化功能,鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)和事業(yè)單位參與到大學(xué)生德育社會(huì)化中,發(fā)揮傳播媒介的正確引導(dǎo)作用,同時(shí),大學(xué)生自身也要加強(qiáng)德育社會(huì)化的能力,形成正確的道德認(rèn)知,培養(yǎng)道德情感并積極參與到社會(huì)中,用道德實(shí)踐不斷增強(qiáng)個(gè)人道德社會(huì)化。
[Abstract]:The socialization of moral education of college students means to give full play to the leading role of moral education in colleges and universities, and rely on the help of the whole society to make the individual students gradually accept and internalize the positive moral beliefs and moral norms of a particular society. To form moral behavior in line with the requirements of social development, and finally to participate in the process of social construction and development with excellent moral quality. China has attached great importance to moral education since ancient times. At present, moral education of college students has also made brilliant achievements. However, with the transformation and development of society, the contradiction between college students and society has become increasingly prominent, so how to help college students adapt to the development of society better? Improving the moral quality of college students has become an important subject of moral education in colleges and universities. As an important part of moral education, the socialization of moral education of college students should, on the one hand, help college students to form positive moral qualities according to the new requirements and new situation of social development. On the other hand, college students should be encouraged to participate in social construction with excellent moral quality. Objectively speaking, to promote the socialization of moral education of college students mainly depends on the leading role of moral education in colleges and universities and the help of all aspects of society. Subjectively, the socialization of college students' moral education needs to strengthen the individual's moral accomplishment and moral socialization ability from three aspects of moral cognition, moral emotion and moral practice. The socialization of college students' moral education has its necessity. It is not only the basic requirement of developing Marxist theory, but also the practical requirement of cultivating excellent socialist laborers, which is helpful to adjust the relationship between college students and society. It is advantageous for college students to grow from natural person to social person. At present, the mainstream of the socialization of moral education of college students is to carry forward the main melody, and the trend is to gradually adapt to life, modernize, the manifestation of socialization of moral education of college students is various, the overall present situation is good and positive. However, there are still some problems, such as the immature theory of moral education socialization in colleges and universities, the vague goal of moral education socialization, the lack of pertinence and effectiveness, and the moral cognition of college students themselves. There are also some problems in moral psychology and moral practice. In view of the problems existing in the socialization of college students' moral education at present, the author looks for the causes of the problems from the objective and subjective aspects, mainly because the moral education in colleges and universities does not pay enough attention to the socialization of moral education of college students, and the participation of all aspects of the society is not enough. College students themselves also lack the consciousness and practice of socialization of moral education. In order to improve the effectiveness of the socialization of moral education of college students, we should give full play to the leading role of moral education in colleges and universities, establish and perfect the socialization system of moral education in colleges and universities, and construct the resultant mechanism of socialization of moral education of college students. We should actively strengthen the socialized function of family moral education, encourage enterprises and institutions to participate in the socialization of college students' moral education, and give play to the correct guiding role of the media. At the same time, college students themselves should also strengthen their ability to socialize moral education. Forming correct moral cognition, cultivating moral emotion and actively participating in society, and strengthening individual moral socialization with moral practice.
