教師資格國(guó)考背景下地方本科師范院校教師教育課程設(shè)置研究

【摘要】:本研究基于教師資格“國(guó)考”新形勢(shì),通過方便抽樣選取具有代表性的地方本科師范院校,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法、內(nèi)容分析法和問卷調(diào)查法,對(duì)其教師教育專業(yè)或師范專業(yè)本科人才培養(yǎng)方案進(jìn)行文本研究,同時(shí)以其中一所樣本師范院校為例,對(duì)其在校師范生進(jìn)行教師教育課程設(shè)置的滿意度相關(guān)問卷調(diào)查,結(jié)合兩部分的分析研究結(jié)果,探尋教師資格“國(guó)考”背景下樣本院校在其教師教育課程設(shè)置上的現(xiàn)狀,并分析其存在的問題和原因,嘗試探討具有一定針對(duì)性的問題解決策略。除緒論外,論文正文還包含以下四個(gè)部分:第一部分,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于教師資格考試制度和教師教育課程設(shè)置相關(guān)的研究進(jìn)行梳理和綜述,以借鑒前人的研究成果,為本研究服務(wù);同時(shí),通過對(duì)占有文獻(xiàn)的分析,總結(jié)出現(xiàn)有研究的不足,為本研究尋找切入點(diǎn)。第二部分,主要從課程學(xué)時(shí)、學(xué)分和內(nèi)容設(shè)置三個(gè)方面,對(duì)方便收集到的1 5所地方本科師范院校共計(jì)4 8份本科層次教師教育專業(yè)或師范類專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)方案進(jìn)行內(nèi)容分析。通過對(duì)培養(yǎng)方案的內(nèi)容分析,了解當(dāng)前地方本科師范院校在其教師教育課程設(shè)置上的整體特征和存在的主要問題,為后續(xù)問卷的設(shè)計(jì),以及“國(guó)考”背景下地方本科師范院校教師教育課程設(shè)置的調(diào)查反饋奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三部分,根據(jù)第二部分人才培養(yǎng)方案內(nèi)容分析的結(jié)果設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問卷,以樣本院校中的一所地方本科師范院校師范生為調(diào)查對(duì)象,調(diào)查其對(duì)當(dāng)前教師資格“國(guó)考”政策、通識(shí)課程、教師教育類課程以及教育實(shí)踐類課程設(shè)置的態(tài)度和看法,檢測(cè)和佐證樣本培養(yǎng)方案內(nèi)容分析的相關(guān)結(jié)果,進(jìn)一步分析其教師教育課程設(shè)置存在的問題及原因,從而提出符合基礎(chǔ)教育改革要求的,更具針對(duì)性的教師教育課程設(shè)置相關(guān)建議。第四部分,根據(jù)教師資格“國(guó)考”背景下地方本科師范院校教師教育課程設(shè)置現(xiàn)狀的內(nèi)容分析和問卷調(diào)查反饋,針對(duì)性地提出完善地方本科師范院校教師教育課程設(shè)置的建議,如審視教師教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、擴(kuò)大通識(shí)選修課范圍、調(diào)整教師教育類必修課程內(nèi)容、增加教師教育類選修課學(xué)分和學(xué)時(shí)、協(xié)調(diào)教育實(shí)習(xí)與畢業(yè)論文間的學(xué)時(shí)比重、增加教育實(shí)踐課程種類、豐富教育實(shí)習(xí)形式等。
[Abstract]:Based on the new situation of "national examination" of teachers' qualification, this study selects representative local normal colleges and universities with convenient sampling, and applies the methods of literature research, content analysis and questionnaire survey. In this paper, the author makes a textual study on the training scheme of undergraduate students majoring in teacher education or normal education. At the same time, taking one of the sample normal colleges as an example, a questionnaire survey is conducted on the satisfaction degree of teacher education curriculum. Combined with the results of the two parts, this paper explores the present situation of the teacher education curriculum in the sample universities under the background of "national examination", and analyzes the existing problems and reasons, and tries to explore some targeted solutions to the problems. In addition to the introduction, the text of the paper also includes the following four parts: the first part, through the domestic and foreign research on the teacher qualification examination system and teacher education curriculum setup related to comb and summary, in order to draw lessons from previous research results. At the same time, through the analysis of the possession of the literature, summarized the shortcomings of the research, and found a breakthrough point for this study. In the second part, from three aspects of course hours, credit and content setting, the author analyzes the contents of 48 undergraduate teacher education or teacher training programs in 15 local normal colleges. By analyzing the contents of the training program, we can find out the overall characteristics and the main problems of the teacher education curriculum in the local normal colleges and universities, so as to design the follow-up questionnaire. And under the background of "national examination", the investigation and feedback of teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges lay the foundation. The third part, according to the results of the second part of the analysis of the content of talent training program, designed a questionnaire, taking a local normal college students in a sample university as the object of investigation, to investigate the current teacher qualification "national examination" policy. General courses, teacher education courses and educational practice courses of attitude and view, testing and supporting the sample training program content analysis of the relevant results, further analysis of its teacher education curriculum problems and reasons, Therefore, the author puts forward some relevant suggestions for teachers' education curriculum that meet the requirements of basic education reform. In the fourth part, according to the content analysis and questionnaire feedback of the present situation of teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges under the background of "national examination", the author puts forward some suggestions to perfect the teacher education curriculum in local normal colleges and universities. Such as examining the goal of teacher education, enlarging the scope of general elective courses, adjusting the content of compulsory courses of teacher education, increasing the credits and hours of elective courses of teacher education, coordinating the proportion of hours between teaching practice and graduation papers, Increase the types of educational practice courses, enrich the forms of educational practice, and so on.
