【摘要】：基于對(duì)高校學(xué)生社團(tuán)文化內(nèi)在特質(zhì)的研究,開拓性地將以文化人引入到對(duì)社團(tuán)文化的考察,并從作為以文化人重要途徑的社團(tuán)文化育人的思維理性、機(jī)制、過(guò)程審視等3個(gè)方面進(jìn)行深入探討,闡釋了濡化、內(nèi)化、外化——"三重遞進(jìn)循環(huán)結(jié)構(gòu)"的社團(tuán)文化育人機(jī)制,提出了辯證把握顯與隱、教與學(xué)、知與行的內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Based on the study of the inherent characteristics of college students' community culture, this paper makes a pioneering effort to introduce the cultural person into the investigation of the community culture, and from the perspective of the rational thinking and mechanism of the community culture as an important way to educate people by the cultural person. In this paper, the author deeply discusses three aspects, such as process examination, and explains the mechanism of educating people in association culture of "triple progressive cycle structure", and puts forward the internal logical relationship of dialectical grasp of explicit and implicit, teaching and learning, knowledge and action.
