【摘要】：世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)是政府與高校之間的一個(gè)契約,政府和高校圍繞世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)形成了委托代理關(guān)系。為更好地履行世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)契約,政府需要汲取激勵(lì)契約理論中的有益思想,在世界一流大學(xué)建設(shè)配套政策制定,尤其是資金管理和撥款政策上,綜合采取多種激勵(lì)契約形式,有效激勵(lì)高校和高校校長(zhǎng)努力工作。
[Abstract]:The construction of the world-class university is a contract between the government and the university, and the government and the university form the principal-agent relationship around the construction of the world-class university. In order to better fulfill the contract for the construction of world-class universities, the government needs to absorb the beneficial ideas from the theory of incentive contracts and formulate supporting policies for the construction of world-class universities, especially on the management of funds and the allocation of funds. Comprehensive use of a variety of incentive contracts to effectively encourage colleges and universities and university presidents to work hard.
