【摘要】：正研究方向高等教育學(xué)答辯時間2013年12月近年來,在勞動力市場分割明顯與就業(yè)難度日益加大的雙重影響下,我國高校畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)意向已不僅限于傳統(tǒng)的"體制內(nèi)"就業(yè),出現(xiàn)了向不同行業(yè)和區(qū)域流動的趨勢。高校畢業(yè)生多樣化的就業(yè)趨勢對人力資源的初次配置(流動)結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生了影響并形成了最初的社會分層,即:畢業(yè)生通過就業(yè)市場被配置到各個行業(yè),進(jìn)而分化為不同的社會階層。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of labor market segmentation and the increasing difficulty of employment, the intention of college graduates to choose a job is not limited to the traditional "system" employment. There has been a tendency to move to different industries and regions. The diversified employment trend of college graduates has had an impact on the initial allocation (flow) structure of human resources and formed the initial social stratification, that is, graduates are allocated to various industries through the employment market. In turn, they are divided into different social strata.
