【摘要】：科研建設(shè)是教學(xué)科研型高校發(fā)展的重中之重,直接影響到學(xué)校的辦學(xué)水平。在多校區(qū)辦學(xué)模式下異地校區(qū)科研建設(shè)面臨瓶頸,諸如現(xiàn)有經(jīng)驗(yàn)不適應(yīng)異地校區(qū)實(shí)際情況、管理體系難以直接延伸、科研人才培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新機(jī)制缺乏等。為此,基于某高校珠海校區(qū)的實(shí)際情況,提出采取"內(nèi)外結(jié)合"的發(fā)展模式、融合地方科研發(fā)展實(shí)際需求和創(chuàng)新科研人才培養(yǎng)模式等措施來提升異地校區(qū)的科研建設(shè)水平,促進(jìn)異地校區(qū)的科研建設(shè)工作與主校區(qū)的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The construction of scientific research is the most important part of the development of teaching and research colleges and universities, which directly affects the level of running a school. Under the multi-campus mode, the construction of scientific research in different campuses is facing the bottleneck, such as the existing experience does not adapt to the actual conditions of the different campuses, the management system is difficult to extend directly, and the innovative mechanism for the cultivation of scientific research talents is lacking. Therefore, based on the actual situation of Zhuhai campus of a certain university, this paper proposes to adopt the development mode of "combination of internal and external", to integrate the actual needs of local scientific research development and to innovate the training mode of scientific research talents, and so on, in order to improve the level of scientific research construction in different campuses. To promote the coordinated development of the scientific research construction of the different campus and the main campus.
