【摘要】：小微文化企業(yè),在促進(jìn)大學(xué)生就業(yè),鼓勵(lì)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新、滿足大學(xué)生群眾精神文化生活需求等方面發(fā)揮著重要作用。由于其所具有深厚文化科技力量,高校在孵化小微文化企業(yè)時(shí)具有特別的優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,探索高校在孕育與孵化文化創(chuàng)新類企業(yè)方面的道路與方法則有著特別重要的意義。本文通過研究上海海洋大學(xué)的創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化與小微文化企業(yè)的發(fā)展,為當(dāng)下中國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化,特別是小微文化企業(yè)的發(fā)展提出一條可供借鑒的道路。通過本文的研究,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)之前對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)企業(yè),特別是小微文化企業(yè)的扶持大多停留在政策引導(dǎo)和對(duì)于發(fā)展項(xiàng)目的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)上面,而忽視了創(chuàng)業(yè)者本身在創(chuàng)業(yè)行為中的巨大作用。本文認(rèn)為,借助高校獨(dú)特的育人優(yōu)勢(shì),對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)行文的激勵(lì)與扶持機(jī)制應(yīng)當(dāng)從以項(xiàng)目為主,轉(zhuǎn)向以人為導(dǎo)向,學(xué)生工作與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在創(chuàng)業(yè)中所應(yīng)當(dāng)在創(chuàng)業(yè)行為中發(fā)揮更為重要的作用。本文采取文獻(xiàn)研究和實(shí)證研究相結(jié)合的辦法,分為7個(gè)章節(jié)。本文的緒論和政策分析部分主要是基于文獻(xiàn)的考察。而第三章對(duì)于上海海洋大學(xué)創(chuàng)業(yè)孵化機(jī)制的研究,則是立足于文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合案例的分析研究。第四第五章,則是完全的立足于問卷、訪談和案例的實(shí)證研究。第六章針對(duì)問題提出構(gòu)建上海海洋大學(xué)小微文化企業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)綜合體系的對(duì)策建議,最后一章結(jié)論,則是對(duì)于全文觀點(diǎn)的回顧,并根據(jù)文章觀點(diǎn)提出了幾點(diǎn)相關(guān)的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Small and micro-cultural enterprises play an important role in promoting college students' employment, encouraging them to innovate in science and technology, and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of college students. Because of its profound cultural and technological power, colleges and universities have special advantages in incubating small and micro-cultural enterprises. Therefore, it is of great significance to explore the ways and methods of cultivating and incubating cultural innovation enterprises in colleges and universities. By studying the development of small and micro enterprises in Shanghai Ocean University, this paper puts forward a way for the development of Chinese universities and colleges, especially the development of small and micro cultural enterprises. Through the research in this paper, we find that the support for entrepreneurial enterprises, especially small and micro enterprises, mostly stay on policy guidance and incentives for development projects, but ignore the huge role of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial behavior. This paper holds that, with the help of the unique educational advantages of colleges and universities, the incentive and support mechanism for entrepreneurial writing should be changed from project-based to people-oriented. Student work and entrepreneurship education should play a more important role in entrepreneurial behavior. This paper adopts the method of combining literature research and empirical research, which is divided into seven chapters. The introduction and policy analysis of this paper are mainly based on literature review. The third chapter is based on literature and case study. The fourth and fifth chapter is based on questionnaires, interviews and case studies. In the sixth chapter, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to construct the comprehensive guidance system for the small and micro cultural enterprises of Shanghai Ocean University. The last chapter is a review of the views of the full text, and puts forward some relevant policy suggestions according to the views of the article.
