【摘要】：一流大學(xué)建設(shè)不能回避大學(xué)的組織性質(zhì)與本質(zhì)功能。知識是大學(xué)活動的主要對象和聯(lián)系紐帶,知識活動是大學(xué)的基本活動。大學(xué)是知識組織,大學(xué)的本質(zhì)性功能是知識功能。大學(xué)知識功能具體體現(xiàn)在知識生產(chǎn)和發(fā)現(xiàn)、知識集聚和保存、知識傳授和傳播、知識轉(zhuǎn)化與應(yīng)用四個方面。權(quán)力規(guī)制、權(quán)威壓制、利益團體及個人的抵制會影響大學(xué)知識功能的實現(xiàn)。實現(xiàn)大學(xué)知識功能的基本條件是建立現(xiàn)代大學(xué)知識制度。這一制度的共建需要大學(xué)內(nèi)外部的共同努力,內(nèi)部制度應(yīng)著重強化大學(xué)知識共同體的自主性和責任感,外部制度應(yīng)著力增強尊重大學(xué)知識活動基本規(guī)律的自覺性,從而促進大學(xué)知識功能良好實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The construction of the first-class university can not avoid the organizational nature and essential function of the university. Knowledge is the main object and link of university activity, and knowledge activity is the basic activity of university. The university is the knowledge organization, the essential function of the university is the knowledge function. The function of university knowledge is embodied in four aspects: knowledge production and discovery, knowledge accumulation and preservation, knowledge transmission and dissemination, knowledge transformation and application. Power regulation, authority suppression and the resistance of interest groups and individuals will affect the realization of the function of university knowledge. The basic condition to realize the function of university knowledge is to establish modern university knowledge system. The co-construction of this system requires the joint efforts of the internal and external universities. The internal system should focus on strengthening the autonomy and sense of responsibility of the university knowledge community, and the external system should focus on strengthening the consciousness of respecting the basic laws of university knowledge activities. So as to promote the good realization of university knowledge function.
