【摘要】：[目的/意義]公正、科學(xué)的智庫評價(jià)能夠?yàn)楦咝Ｖ菐彀l(fā)展診斷號(hào)脈,是高校智庫發(fā)展的聽診器和指揮棒,因此指標(biāo)體系建設(shè)在智庫評價(jià)中占有重要的地位,當(dāng)前我國智庫評價(jià)過程中,對支撐指標(biāo)體系的理論研究和理論工具的運(yùn)用闡述較為缺乏,降低了指標(biāo)體系科學(xué)性、說服力。[方法/過程]結(jié)合知識(shí)管理理論,采用實(shí)證研究范式,構(gòu)建一套針對高校智庫的評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過問卷調(diào)查,回收有效問卷72份,通過SPSS因子分析技術(shù)對指標(biāo)體系進(jìn)行修正和賦權(quán)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]提出從注重高校智庫實(shí)體建設(shè)、社會(huì)影響力、政府影響力、學(xué)術(shù)及同行影響力的評價(jià)和特殊因子的補(bǔ)充作用等5個(gè)方面,對高校智庫進(jìn)行評價(jià)和引導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance: fair and scientific evaluation of think tanks can serve as a diagnostic horn for the development of think tanks in colleges and universities, and is the stethoscope and baton for the development of think tanks in colleges and universities. Therefore, the construction of index system plays an important role in the evaluation of think tanks. In the process of evaluation of Chinese think-tanks, the theoretical research and the application of theoretical tools to support the index system are relatively lacking, which reduces the scientific nature and persuasiveness of the index system. [methods] based on the knowledge management theory and empirical research paradigm, a set of evaluation index system for university think tanks was constructed. 72 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaires. The index system is modified and empowered by SPSS factor analysis. [results / conclusion] it is suggested that the evaluation and guidance of university think tanks should be carried out from five aspects: physical construction of university think tanks, social influence, government influence, evaluation of academic and peer influence and supplementary role of special factors.
