差異化視角下大學生人文關懷研究

【摘要】:大學生人文關懷是一個時代感很強的研究課題。人文關懷的核心是以人為本,是一種對人類本身的終極關懷,是社會文明進步的標志,學術界對大學生的人文關懷研究從未止步。在教育實踐中,對大學生進行人文關懷要考慮學生的自身需求,每一個學生都是一個獨特的個體,其需求是不同的,因此,從學生的差異性需求研究人文關懷是一個極具現(xiàn)實意義的研究課題。但是,目前高校人文關懷存在著忽視學生個性差異的現(xiàn)狀,難以做到針對學生的不同需求選擇相應的關懷方式和內容。本文正是立足于當前高校大學生人文關懷的這種現(xiàn)狀,通過調查研究和文獻綜述法來探究學生的差異性需求,以期探索出實現(xiàn)大學生人文關懷的有效路徑。文章有三大部分,其主要研究思路是:首先,文章先從理論上論述了人文關懷、大學生人文關懷的內涵,然后從人文關懷是為了讓學生成長成才、全面健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展這個目標出發(fā)研究導致學生差異性的原因,提出了從差異化視角下進行人文關懷的必要性。其次,通過調查問卷和筆者的實地走訪對學生差異性需求和人文關懷的現(xiàn)狀進行了調研,肯定了成績,歸納了問題,并對問題進行了分析。最后,根據(jù)調查結果探索了差異化視角下進行人文關懷的途徑,以期對人文關懷的實踐做出微薄貢獻。
[Abstract]:Humanistic concern for college students is a research topic with strong sense of the times. The core of humanistic care is people-oriented, is a kind of ultimate concern for human itself, is the symbol of the progress of social civilization, and the academic research on humanistic care for college students has never stopped. In the educational practice, we should consider the students' own needs for humanistic concern to the college students. Each student is a unique individual whose needs are different. The study of humanistic concern from the students' different needs is a research topic of great practical significance. However, the present situation of humanistic care in colleges and universities is to ignore the differences of students' personality, so it is difficult to choose the corresponding care methods and contents according to the students' different needs. This paper is based on the current situation of humanistic care of college students, through investigation and literature review to explore the different needs of students, in order to explore the effective way to realize the humanistic care of college students. There are three major parts of the article, the main research ideas are: first, the article first discusses the theory of humanistic care, the connotation of humanistic care for college students, and then from the humanistic care is to enable students to grow into talent, Starting from the goal of overall healthy and sustainable development, this paper studies the causes of students' differences, and puts forward the necessity of humanistic care from the perspective of differentiation. Secondly, through the questionnaire and the author's field visit, the author investigates the present situation of the students' different needs and humanistic care, affirms the achievements, sums up the problems, and analyzes the problems. Finally, according to the results of the investigation, the author explores the ways to carry out humanistic care from the perspective of differentiation, in order to make a modest contribution to the practice of humanistic care.
