【摘要】：正高校必須降低對政府教育投資的依存度,開辟新的教育經(jīng)費來源渠道。企業(yè)是人力資源的購買者,企業(yè)付出人力資源的教育成本在情理之中�；谡l受益誰分擔(dān)的經(jīng)濟學(xué)原則,社會公眾為在校生承擔(dān)部分教育成本是理所當(dāng)然的準(zhǔn)則。來源渠道多元且充足的教育經(jīng)費是保證大學(xué)發(fā)展的經(jīng)濟支柱,在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài)下,政府針對大學(xué)的教育投資增長比例受限,尋求企業(yè)、個人捐助或自主經(jīng)營是大學(xué)不可忽視的發(fā)展路徑。
[Abstract]:Colleges and universities must reduce their dependence on government investment in education and open up new sources of funding for education. Enterprises are buyers of human resources, and it is reasonable for enterprises to pay the educational costs of human resources. Based on the economic principle of who benefits and who shares, it is natural for the public to bear part of the cost of education for the students. The diversified and adequate education funds from different sources are the economic pillar to ensure the development of universities. Under the new normal state of economic development, the government restricts the proportion of university investment in education growth, and seeks enterprises. Individual donation or independent management is a development path that can not be ignored by universities.
