高等教育院校類型對(duì)畢業(yè)生收入的影響分析

【摘要】:本文利用CHIP (中國(guó)居民收入調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù))2013年的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,探討了城鎮(zhèn)和鄉(xiāng)村居民在接受教育質(zhì)量選擇上的差異,并使用城鎮(zhèn)居民中數(shù)據(jù)分析了不同類型的高等院校教育對(duì)居民收入的影響。我國(guó)有關(guān)教育對(duì)收入的影響分析多是集中在學(xué)歷差異上,本文則以大學(xué)院校類型對(duì)畢業(yè)生的收入進(jìn)行影響分析,其中我們依據(jù)教育質(zhì)量差別分別選取重本院校與非重本院校,本科院校與大專院校的畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析。由于個(gè)人能力既影響接受高等教育的機(jī)會(huì)選擇又影響個(gè)人收入,為消除內(nèi)生性,我們以表示個(gè)體接受高等教育機(jī)會(huì)選擇的大小即傾向值作為收入方程的權(quán)重,使用加權(quán)最小二乘法估計(jì)個(gè)人收入模型。結(jié)論表明,第一,高中院校類型對(duì)居民接受大學(xué)高等教育的機(jī)會(huì)選擇上有著顯著的影響。即市區(qū)級(jí)重點(diǎn)高中的學(xué)生相比縣級(jí)重點(diǎn)高中的學(xué)生能有更大的機(jī)會(huì)接受高質(zhì)量的大學(xué)教育。第二,以本科院校類型和學(xué)歷差異所表示的高等教育質(zhì)量差異對(duì)居民個(gè)人收入有著顯著的影響。具體來(lái)說(shuō),在同等條件下重本院校的學(xué)生比普本院校的學(xué)生的收入多14.25%,本科學(xué)歷的居民會(huì)比大專學(xué)歷的居民收入高20.16%。根據(jù)此次研究的結(jié)果并結(jié)合我國(guó)當(dāng)前教育的現(xiàn)狀,為了促進(jìn)教育公平,政府需要增加對(duì)縣級(jí)中學(xué)的財(cái)政投資和對(duì)縣級(jí)高中教師的培訓(xùn)。我國(guó)居民在教育上的投資也應(yīng)向高中教育階段傾斜。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of CHIP (Chinese resident income Survey) in 2013, this paper explores the differences between urban and rural residents in the choice of education quality. The effects of different types of higher education on residents' income are analyzed by using the data of urban residents. Most of the analysis of the impact of education on income in China is focused on the differences of academic qualifications. This paper analyzes the effects of college types on the income of graduates, in which we select emphasis colleges and non-heavy colleges according to the difference of education quality. The graduates of undergraduate colleges and universities are compared and analyzed. Since personal ability affects both the choice of opportunity to receive higher education and personal income, in order to eliminate the endogenous nature, we take the degree of preference as the weight of the income equation. The weighted least square method is used to estimate personal income model. The results show that, first, the type of high school has a significant impact on the choice of higher education. That is to say, the students of urban key high schools have more chances of receiving high quality college education than those of county key high schools. Secondly, the difference of higher education quality expressed by the types of undergraduate colleges and academic qualifications has a significant impact on the residents' personal income. Specifically, under the same conditions, the income of the students in this college is 14.25% higher than that of the ordinary students, and the income of the residents with an undergraduate degree is 20.16% higher than that of the residents with a college degree. According to the results of this study and the current situation of education in China, in order to promote the equity of education, the government needs to increase the financial investment in county middle schools and the training of teachers in county high schools. The investment of Chinese residents in education should also be inclined to the stage of high school education.
