【摘要】：本文基于2000—2007年的微觀企業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)全面考察了海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷對(duì)企業(yè)出口行為的影響。結(jié)果表明:CEO的海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷通過交易成本降低效應(yīng)和技術(shù)進(jìn)步效應(yīng)顯著提高了企業(yè)的出口概率、出口強(qiáng)度、出口產(chǎn)品范圍和出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)了母國(guó)與留學(xué)國(guó)家之間的貿(mào)易往來;標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化系數(shù)分析表明CEO的海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷對(duì)企業(yè)出口集約邊際的影響大于擴(kuò)展邊際,并且在集約邊際內(nèi)部,其對(duì)企業(yè)出口的影響更多是通過調(diào)整出口產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的方式來實(shí)現(xiàn)的;海外留學(xué)經(jīng)歷對(duì)企業(yè)出口的影響因留學(xué)國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平、海歸人才性別以及就職類型的不同而具有顯著的異質(zhì)性。本文結(jié)論對(duì)中國(guó)有效挖掘海歸CEO在提升企業(yè)出口競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面的優(yōu)勢(shì)和潛力具有重要的政策參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Based on the micro-enterprise data from 2000 to 2007, this paper investigates the influence of overseas study experience on the export behavior of enterprises. The results show that the CEO's experience of studying abroad has significantly improved the export probability, export intensity, export product range and export product quality through the effects of reduced transaction costs and technological progress. The analysis of standardization coefficient shows that the influence of CEO's overseas study experience on the margin of enterprise export intensity is greater than that of expansion margin, and it is within the intensive margin. Its impact on enterprises' exports is more realized by adjusting the quality of export products; the impact of overseas study experience on enterprises' exports is due to the level of economic development of the countries studying abroad. The gender and the type of employment of overseas returnees are different and have remarkable heterogeneity. The conclusion of this paper has important policy reference value for China to effectively tap the advantages and potential of CEO in promoting the export competitiveness of enterprises.
