【摘要】：國家教師資格考試是嚴把教師入口關(guān),吸引優(yōu)秀人才從教,保障教師質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。但"國考"之后的"集體焦慮"和教師教育教學的"異化"導致教學目標的"國考傾向"、課程設(shè)置的"國考之綱"和教學實施的"模擬訓練"。消除教師教育"為考而教"現(xiàn)象,須超越"技能"看"培養(yǎng)",具體體現(xiàn)于價值上的"考"與"教"、內(nèi)容上的"上"與"下"、方法上的"巧"與"實"和路徑上的"舍"與"得"。
[Abstract]:The national teacher qualification examination is the key to the strict entry of teachers, attracting outstanding talents to teach and ensuring the quality of teachers. However, the "collective anxiety" after the "national examination" and the "alienation" of the teacher's education and teaching lead to the "national examination tendency" of the teaching objective, the "outline of the national examination" of the curriculum and the "simulated training" carried out in the teaching. In order to eliminate the phenomenon of "teaching for the purpose of examination", teachers' education should go beyond "skill" and "cultivation", be embodied in "examination" and "teaching" in value, "up" and "under" in content, "skillful" and "practical" in method, and "give up" and "gain" in path.
