【摘要】：研究生思想政治教育是高校研究生教育的重要組成部分,對大理大學碩士研究生思想政治教育狀況開展調(diào)查研究,將有助于大理大學認識和把握研究生培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀,增強大理大學碩士研究生思想政治教育的針對性和實效性,確保大理大學人才培養(yǎng)的正確方向,保障大理大學研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。隨著大理大學碩士研究生規(guī)模逐年擴大,加強和改進碩士研究生思想政治教育,成為提升大理大學碩士研究生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是大理大學貫徹落實黨管人才的重要舉措。本課題立足于思想政治教育介體、環(huán)體、主體、客體四大要素,在對大理大學碩士研究生思想政治教育狀況展開問卷調(diào)查的基礎上,深入分析大理大學碩士研究生思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)取得的經(jīng)驗與成績,查找存在的問題與不足,進而分析問題形成的影響因素,提出相應的解決對策。高校思想政治工作一直以來受到黨和國家的高度重視和關心,在深化研究生教育改革和加強全國高校思想政治工作的背景下,對大理大學碩士研究生思想政治教育狀況開展調(diào)查研究,具有一定的依據(jù)和研究價值,同時,這也是本課題研究的亮點所在。
[Abstract]:The ideological and political education of graduate students is an important part of graduate education in colleges and universities. The investigation and research on the status of ideological and political education of graduate students in Dali University will help Dali University to understand and grasp the present situation of graduate education. To strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of the ideological and political education of the postgraduates of Dali University, to ensure the correct direction of the cultivation of talents in Dali University, and to guarantee the quality of the cultivation of postgraduates in Dali University. As the scale of graduate students in Dali University expands year by year, strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of postgraduates has become an important link in improving the quality of postgraduate training in Dali University. It is also an important measure for Dali University to carry out the Party's management of talents. This subject is based on the four elements of ideological and political education: intermediary, environment, subject and object, and on the basis of a questionnaire survey on the status of ideological and political education of postgraduates in Dali University. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation of ideological and political education of postgraduates in Dali University, summarizes the experience and achievements, finds out the existing problems and deficiencies, and then analyzes the influencing factors of the formation of the problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. The ideological and political work in colleges and universities has always been highly valued and concerned by the Party and the state. Under the background of deepening the reform of graduate education and strengthening the ideological and political work in colleges and universities throughout the country, The investigation and research on the ideological and political education of the postgraduates of Dali University has certain basis and research value, which is also the bright spot of this research.
