新疆高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)問(wèn)題研究

【摘要】:在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的今天,人才的培養(yǎng)是盡快提高本國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的關(guān)鍵,而教育是人才培養(yǎng)的基礎(chǔ),最終教育水平的提高要通過(guò)各個(gè)學(xué)校師資隊(duì)伍水平的提高作為保障。其中的青年教師是各個(gè)高校教師隊(duì)伍的中堅(jiān)力量,青年教師對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育事業(yè)繼續(xù)向前發(fā)展的作用也就不言而喻了,因此青年教師的培育和發(fā)展也就成了高校急需解決的問(wèn)題,同時(shí)也成為了整個(gè)高等教育能否繼續(xù)發(fā)展的重要問(wèn)題。對(duì)于青年教師參加的崗前培訓(xùn),它是新進(jìn)教師參加工作崗位的入職培訓(xùn)和基礎(chǔ)培訓(xùn),也是整個(gè)教師生涯中的一個(gè)重要組成部分。通過(guò)對(duì)新進(jìn)教師的崗前培訓(xùn),可以提高整體教師的專業(yè)化水平,對(duì)于建成一支專業(yè)化、高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍有著重要的意義。所以,無(wú)論是從理論上還是實(shí)踐上來(lái)看,高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)都有其存在的價(jià)值。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)研究,綜合其研究成效,對(duì)“崗前培訓(xùn)”和“新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)”的概念做了相關(guān)定義,并且分析了新疆高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)的特點(diǎn)和必要性。通過(guò)對(duì)在新疆師范大學(xué)舉辦的2016年高校教師崗前培訓(xùn)的跟蹤、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,搜集了相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)和資料。通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷分析并結(jié)合對(duì)參訓(xùn)學(xué)員的訪談,發(fā)現(xiàn)新疆高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題。主要從培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)課程、培訓(xùn)目的、培訓(xùn)的形式、培訓(xùn)經(jīng)費(fèi)、培訓(xùn)效果幾個(gè)方面考慮新疆高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)存在的問(wèn)題。借鑒了美國(guó)、加拿大高校和江西、浙江高校青年教師崗前培訓(xùn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。最后提出改善新疆高校新進(jìn)教師崗前培訓(xùn)的建議,從培訓(xùn)中心管理者出發(fā),發(fā)揮組織者的監(jiān)督作用、調(diào)整崗前培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容,增加選修課、改進(jìn)崗前培訓(xùn)的方式,發(fā)展多元化培訓(xùn)、加強(qiáng)崗前培訓(xùn)的評(píng)估,和有效的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)相結(jié)合,建立激勵(lì)懲罰措施等來(lái)保證新疆高校新進(jìn)教師整體水平的提高,文章最后進(jìn)行總結(jié)希望能對(duì)今后新疆高校新進(jìn)教師的崗前培訓(xùn)工作提供一點(diǎn)幫助。
[Abstract]:In today's increasingly fierce competition, the cultivation of talents is the key to improve the economic strength of our country as soon as possible, and education is the basis of talent training. The final improvement of educational level should be ensured by the improvement of the level of teachers in each school. Among them, young teachers are the backbone of the ranks of teachers in various colleges and universities. The role of young teachers in the continued development of higher education in China is self-evident. Therefore, the cultivation and development of young teachers has become an urgent problem in colleges and universities, and it has also become an important issue whether the whole higher education can continue to develop. For young teachers, it is an important part of the whole teachers' career as well as the induction training and basic training of the new teachers. Through the pre-job training of the new teachers, the professional level of the whole teachers can be improved, and it is of great significance to build a professional and high-quality teaching team. Therefore, whether in theory or in practice, pre-job training of new teachers in colleges and universities has its value. Based on the literature research at home and abroad, this paper makes a relative definition of the concepts of "pre-post training" and "pre-post training of new teachers", and analyzes the characteristics and necessity of pre-job training of new teachers in Xinjiang universities. Based on the tracking, on-the-spot observation and questionnaire investigation of the pre-job training of college teachers held in Xinjiang normal University in 2016, the relevant data and data were collected. Based on the questionnaire analysis and the interview with the trainees, the problems of pre-job training for new teachers in Xinjiang universities are found. This paper mainly considers the problems existing in the pre-job training of new teachers in Xinjiang universities from the aspects of training contents, training courses, training objectives, training forms, training funds and training effects. The experience of pre-post training of young teachers in colleges and universities of USA, Canada and Jiangxi and Zhejiang is used for reference. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the pre-job training of new teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities, starting from the managers of the training center, giving full play to the supervisory role of the organizers, adjusting the contents of the pre-job training, adding elective courses, and improving the way of pre-job training. Developing diversified training, strengthening the evaluation of pre-job training, combining with effective evaluation indicators, establishing incentive and punishment measures, etc., to ensure that the overall level of new teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities is improved. In the end, the author hopes to provide some help for the pre-post training of new teachers in Xinjiang colleges and universities.
