隨著我國高等教育體制改革的不斷深入和專業(yè)設置的不斷調(diào)整,培養(yǎng)大批新型的掌握現(xiàn)代科技知識的應用型人才,已經(jīng)成為高等院校的基本職能之一。而女子高等院校的設立同樣離不開高等院校培養(yǎng)人才的基本職能,因此,只有樹立以就業(yè)為導向的辦學理念,合理調(diào)整專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),不斷深化教學改革,提高學生的綜合素質(zhì),培養(yǎng)社會急需的應用型女性人才,才能解決女子高等院校在辦學過程中面臨的籌集經(jīng)費難、專業(yè)設置難、學生就業(yè)難等瓶頸問題。
