呼和浩特市科技特派員大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)問題與對策研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)格局的不斷轉(zhuǎn)型,在國際金融危機(jī)的不斷擴(kuò)大以及我國高校畢業(yè)生數(shù)量不斷增多的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況下,我國大學(xué)生的就業(yè)面臨嚴(yán)峻的壓力,特別是從1999年高校擴(kuò)大招生以來,大學(xué)畢業(yè)生數(shù)量迅猛增長,就業(yè)壓力日益凸顯出來。面對這種情況,我國政府積極地通過多種渠道來解決這一問題,提出了 "以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動就業(yè)""千方百計(jì)的擴(kuò)大就業(yè)"等系列方針政策,為我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)造機(jī)遇。但是,筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)在大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)中還存在很多,文中以科技特派員大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)為例,結(jié)合我國實(shí)際情況,為呼和浩特科技特派員大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)提出合理建議。作者通過文獻(xiàn)研究法、比較研究法、實(shí)地調(diào)查和問卷調(diào)查法,了解目前國內(nèi)外的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀,以及文中主要想要闡述的科技特派員中大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)情況,通過實(shí)地走訪,對科技特派員進(jìn)行采訪,分析出制約呼和浩特市大學(xué)生科技特派員創(chuàng)業(yè)的一系列問題,其中包括在創(chuàng)業(yè)之初國家的扶持政策不明確,力度不足,大多數(shù)科技特派員在剛開始的創(chuàng)業(yè)時只能主要依靠父母或者依靠親友提供資金上的幫助;社會的配套服務(wù)政策也不完善,在科技特派員創(chuàng)業(yè)之初沒有技術(shù)上的指導(dǎo);社會經(jīng)驗(yàn)的缺乏和家庭因素的阻礙以及缺乏技術(shù)型創(chuàng)業(yè)等問題,結(jié)合管理學(xué)理論從政府的角度,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)政府對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)的政策扶持;家庭的角度,要樹立正確的就業(yè)觀念,改變陳舊的就業(yè)觀念,為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)開辟一條光明大道;學(xué)校的角度,要有意培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)型人才,把科技與創(chuàng)業(yè)相結(jié)合,理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合;個人的角度,擺正對創(chuàng)業(yè)的態(tài)度,有正確的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識,避免"三分鐘熱度",從這幾方面提出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)有關(guān)問題的對策建議。作者通過對科技特派員中的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行實(shí)地走訪和問卷調(diào)查,為呼和浩特市大學(xué)生科技特派員提供了更加合理的解決問題的理論依據(jù)和對策,從某種意義上來說也為目前我國大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)整體面臨的困境提供了解決依據(jù)。立足管理學(xué)的角度,為解決我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)難問題淌出一條路,有利于我國更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)社會主義和諧社會,有利于盡早的全面建成小康社會。
[Abstract]:With the continuous transformation of the world economic pattern and the continuous expansion of the international financial crisis and the increasing number of college graduates in our country, the employment of college students in our country is facing severe pressure. Especially since the expansion of college enrollment in 1999, the number of college graduates has increased rapidly and the pressure of employment has become increasingly prominent. In the face of this situation, our government has actively solved this problem through various channels, and put forward a series of principles and policies, such as "promoting employment by entrepreneurship" and "expanding employment by every possible means", so as to create opportunities for college students to start their own businesses. However, the author finds that there are still a lot in the university students' entrepreneurship. This paper takes the science and technology commissioner college students as an example, combined with the actual situation of our country, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for Hohhot science and technology commissioner college students to start their own business. Through the methods of literature research, comparative research, field investigation and questionnaire survey, the author finds out the current situation of college students' entrepreneurship both at home and abroad, as well as the entrepreneurial situation of college graduates in the science and technology special post, which is mainly intended to be elaborated in this paper. Through field visits and interviews with special science and technology commissioners, this paper analyzes a series of problems that restrict the establishment of science and technology commissioners among university students in Hohhot, including the lack of clear and insufficient state support policies at the beginning of the start-up. Most science and technology commissioners can only rely mainly on their parents or relatives to provide financial assistance when they start their own business. The social supporting service policy is not perfect, and there is no technical guidance at the beginning of the science and technology commissioner's undertaking. The lack of social experience, the obstacles of family factors and the lack of technical entrepreneurship should be combined with the theory of management from the perspective of the government, the government should strengthen the policy support for university students' entrepreneurship, the family perspective, we should set up a correct concept of employment, To change the old concept of employment and open up a bright road for college students to start a business; from the perspective of the school, it is necessary to deliberately train innovative and entrepreneurial talents, combine science and technology with entrepreneurship, combine theory with practice, and from a personal perspective, This paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from these aspects, such as correct attitude towards entrepreneurship, correct awareness of entrepreneurship, avoidance of "three minutes heat" and suggestions on the problems related to college students' innovation and entrepreneurship. Through the field visit and questionnaire survey, the author provides a more reasonable theoretical basis and countermeasures to solve the problem for the university student science and technology commissioner in Hohhot. In a sense, it also provides a basis for solving the predicament faced by college students in our country. From the point of view of management, it is helpful for our country to better realize the socialist harmonious society and build a well-off society in an all-round way in order to solve the difficult problem of employment of college students in our country.
