【摘要】：中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化塑造了中華民族自強不息、剛健有為、正直中和的精神品質(zhì),涵養(yǎng)了中國人民健康高尚的道德氣質(zhì)與道德風范。"忠德"作為中國傳統(tǒng)文化的重要倫理范疇,凝聚了古代人民廣泛的文化思想與智慧,是古人修身養(yǎng)性、治國理政的重要道德理念。它曾在傳統(tǒng)社會中發(fā)揮過重要而深遠的作用,影響著中國一代又一代的仁人志士不斷地克己奉公、公忠效國,不惜為之奮斗一生。在發(fā)展社會主義市場經(jīng)濟與加強我國社會主義精神文明建設(shè)的新時期,"忠德"仍具有其時代價值,但需要我們對其加以批判繼承,努力實現(xiàn)對傳統(tǒng)忠德觀念的創(chuàng)造性轉(zhuǎn)化與創(chuàng)新性發(fā)展。高校積極有效地開展大學生忠德培育,將豐富當代大學生思想政治教育內(nèi)容的傳統(tǒng)要義,提升大學生對傳統(tǒng)文化傳承的自覺性,并為大學生培育與踐行社會主義核心價值觀增加民族自信力。同時,在大學生思想政治教育中開展忠德培育對于增強大學生社會責任感,對于社會的良好道德風尚的形成都具有重要的推動作用。本文基于現(xiàn)階段國家大力倡導(dǎo)學習、傳承中國優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的現(xiàn)實背景下,從高校思想政治教育這一視角出發(fā),對大學生忠德培育進行有益探索。具體來說就是,以解析忠德的時代內(nèi)涵為出發(fā)點,分別對傳統(tǒng)忠德的時代變遷、歷史局限與傳統(tǒng)忠德的現(xiàn)代轉(zhuǎn)化進行學理性解讀;在此基礎(chǔ)上,全面剖析高校忠德培育與當代大學生思想政治教育的契合性,進而詳細論述忠德培育對于提高大學生的道德素養(yǎng)、培育大學生的忠誠情感、提升大學生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)以及培養(yǎng)大學生的愛國情操的重要意義;通過探討當代大學生忠德培育過程中面臨的諸多機遇與挑戰(zhàn),對其存在問題的原因進行深層次探討;進而從大學生忠德培育過程中需要遵循的原則、培育的具體內(nèi)容、方法的選用以及環(huán)境的優(yōu)化四個方面,積極探索大學生忠德培育的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:The excellent Chinese traditional culture has shaped the Chinese nation's spirit of self-improvement, vigor and progress, integrity and neutralization, and nurtured the healthy and noble moral temperament and moral demeanour of the Chinese people. " As an important ethical category of Chinese traditional culture, "Zhongde" condenses the ancient people's extensive cultural thought and wisdom, and is an important moral idea of the ancients' self-cultivation and governance. It has played an important and far-reaching role in the traditional society, which has influenced the Chinese generation after generation of benevolent people to constantly uphold the public, loyal to the country, at no cost to fight for it all their lives. In the new period of developing socialist market economy and strengthening the construction of socialist spiritual civilization in China, "Zhongde" still has its age value, but it needs us to criticize and inherit it. Efforts to achieve the traditional concept of loyalty to creative transformation and innovative development. The active and effective cultivation of loyalty of college students will enrich the traditional meaning of the content of ideological and political education of contemporary college students, and promote the consciousness of college students to inherit the traditional culture. And for college students to cultivate and practice socialist core values to increase national confidence. At the same time, the cultivation of loyalty in the ideological and political education of college students plays an important role in promoting college students' sense of social responsibility and the formation of good social morality. Based on the realistic background that our country strongly advocates learning and inherits the excellent traditional culture of China, this paper, from the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, explores the cultivation of loyalty of college students. Specifically speaking, to analyze the connotation of the times of loyalty as the starting point, respectively, to analyze the changes of the times of traditional loyalty, historical limitations and the modern transformation of traditional loyalty, on the basis of which, This paper comprehensively analyzes the compatibility between the cultivation of loyalty in colleges and universities and the ideological and political education of contemporary college students, and then discusses in detail that the cultivation of loyalty and morality can improve the moral literacy of college students and cultivate their loyal feelings. It is of great significance to promote the professional accomplishment of college students and cultivate their patriotic sentiment. Through discussing the opportunities and challenges faced by contemporary college students in the process of cultivating loyalty morality, the causes of the existing problems are discussed in a deep level. From the following four aspects: the principles to be followed, the specific contents of cultivation, the selection of methods and the optimization of the environment, the effective path of cultivation of loyalty and morality of college students is actively explored.
