我國(guó)大學(xué)卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)的改革探索——基于德國(guó)應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的探索

【摘要】:卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才在國(guó)家創(chuàng)新體系中處于關(guān)鍵地位。當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)由于利益誘導(dǎo)與價(jià)值偏離致使人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)失效、場(chǎng)域缺位與實(shí)踐脫節(jié)導(dǎo)致應(yīng)用技能教學(xué)失真、政策瓶頸與法規(guī)缺失造成人才培養(yǎng)制度失范。借鑒德國(guó)"人盡其才"目標(biāo)引導(dǎo)的人才培養(yǎng)動(dòng)力機(jī)制、"工學(xué)結(jié)合"教學(xué)導(dǎo)向的人才培養(yǎng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制、"依法執(zhí)教"制度規(guī)范的人才培養(yǎng)保障機(jī)制,我國(guó)可從育人與用人深度相遇的價(jià)值規(guī)范中為卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)"定向"、從理論與實(shí)踐融通交互的教學(xué)規(guī)劃中為卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)"定形"、從政策與法律共同匡正的制度規(guī)約中為卓越應(yīng)用技術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)"定式"。
[Abstract]:Outstanding applied technology talents are in the key position in the national innovation system. At present, the training of outstanding applied technical talents in universities in our country is invalid because of interest inducement and value deviation, and the gap between field and practice leads to the distortion of applied skills teaching. The bottleneck of policy and the lack of laws and regulations cause the personnel training system to be out of order. Drawing lessons from the motive mechanism of talent training guided by the goal of "making the best use of one's ability" in Germany, the running mechanism of "combination of work and study" in teaching, and the system of "teaching according to law", the system of "teaching according to law", the system of personnel training and ensuring, In our country, we can "orient" the cultivation of outstanding applied technical talents from the value criterion of the deep meeting between educating people and employing personnel, and "set" the training of outstanding applied technical talents from the interactive teaching planning of theory and practice, and from the perspective of policy. The system, which is corrected with the law, is the "formula" for the training of outstanding applied technical talents.
