【摘要】：高校法學教育應用型人才的培養(yǎng),核心在于人才理論與實踐能力的全面激發(fā)。在考試體系構建要素的探索中,必須堅持筆試形式的單一性突破為根本,系統(tǒng)化完善考試形式、考試要素的社會應用性、社會實踐性、社會應用效果性、社會應用適應性要素。這是高校法學專業(yè)考試體系面向職業(yè)化、社會化發(fā)展目標,并構建發(fā)展的核心要素,也是考試體系構建創(chuàng)新點形成深層挖掘的根本體現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The core of the cultivation of applied talents in law education in colleges and universities lies in the all-round stimulation of their theoretical and practical abilities. In the exploration of the construction elements of the examination system, we must insist on the breakthrough of the single form of written examination, systematize and perfect the examination form, the social application, the social practicality, the social application effect and the adaptability factor of the social application. This is the core element of the construction and development of the examination system of law major in colleges and universities facing to the professionalization and the goal of socialized development, and it is also the fundamental embodiment of the deep excavation of the innovative points in the construction of the examination system.
