高校生師互動(dòng)的本質(zhì)、價(jià)值及有效策略

【摘要】:生師互動(dòng)是高校人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量得以實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本途徑。有效的生師互動(dòng)是一種具有召喚性的對(duì)話實(shí)踐,是一種關(guān)于學(xué)習(xí)意義的價(jià)值互動(dòng),也是一種基于大學(xué)習(xí)觀的嵌入式互動(dòng)。其價(jià)值表現(xiàn)在:它是學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)收獲的關(guān)鍵影響因素;它與高等教育質(zhì)量、教育滿意度直接關(guān)聯(lián),同時(shí)也是高校教學(xué)模式變革的動(dòng)力之一。激發(fā)生師互動(dòng)動(dòng)機(jī)、拓展生師互動(dòng)途徑、提供情感支持是提升高校生師互動(dòng)質(zhì)量的有效策略。
[Abstract]:The interaction between students and teachers is the basic way to realize the quality of talent training in colleges and universities. Effective teacher interaction is a kind of dialogue practice with calling, is a kind of value interaction about learning meaning, is also a kind of embedded interaction based on the big learning view. Its value is shown as follows: it is the key influencing factor of students' learning harvest, it is directly related to the quality of higher education and the satisfaction of education, and it is also one of the driving forces of the reform of teaching mode in colleges and universities. It is an effective strategy to promote the quality of interaction between college students and teachers by stimulating teachers' interaction motivation, expanding students' teachers' interaction channels and providing emotional support.
