【摘要】：知識經(jīng)濟(jì)時代背景下,大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)意識和創(chuàng)業(yè)精神不僅關(guān)系到其個體的職業(yè)發(fā)展,還關(guān)系到地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的活力和技術(shù)成果的轉(zhuǎn)化應(yīng)用。創(chuàng)業(yè)教育對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)十分重要,也成為新時期高校思政工作的重要載體之一。我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育起步較晚,且在發(fā)展過程中遇到了許多問題。 美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育經(jīng)歷了60余年的發(fā)展歷程已經(jīng)取得不少成就。本文嘗試從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育發(fā)展歷程、發(fā)展推動力、社會創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境、院校實踐等方面對中美兩國做出比較,以探索進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的有效途徑。本文首先闡述創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的概念與德育價值,分析其對新時期我國高校思政工作的促進(jìn)意義。第二部分將對中美兩國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展歷程與發(fā)展環(huán)境展開比較,分析各自的推動力來源。第三部分將進(jìn)一步分析兩國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的理念與目標(biāo),闡述美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育項目的兩種基本模式之間的區(qū)別,并選取兩國一部分代表性院校加以介紹。第四部分將在借鑒美國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育項目的基礎(chǔ)上提出改進(jìn)我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系的一些建議。 要完善我國高校創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,首先需要樹立正確的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育理念及目標(biāo),并在組織管理模式、課程建設(shè)、實踐平臺建設(shè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)環(huán)境優(yōu)化等方面加以改進(jìn)。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)需要高校、社會、政府三方共同努力,營建良好的創(chuàng)業(yè)文化,以形成創(chuàng)業(yè)教育合力。
[Abstract]:Under the background of knowledge economy era, the entrepreneurial consciousness and entrepreneurship of college students are not only related to their individual professional development, but also to the vitality of regional economic growth and the transformation and application of technological achievements. Entrepreneurship education is very important to cultivate students' comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship, and it has also become one of the important carriers of ideological and political work in colleges and universities in the new period. Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China started late, and encountered many problems in the process of development. Entrepreneurship education in American universities has experienced more than 60 years of development and has made a lot of achievements. This paper attempts to make a comparison between China and the United States in terms of the course of development of entrepreneurship education, the driving force of development, the environment of social entrepreneurship, and the practice of colleges and universities, in order to explore effective ways to further improve entrepreneurship education in Chinese universities and colleges. This paper first expounds the concept of entrepreneurship education and the value of moral education, and analyzes its significance in promoting ideological and political work in colleges and universities in China in the new period. The second part compares the development process and environment of entrepreneurship education between China and the United States, and analyzes their sources of driving force. The third part will further analyze the concepts and objectives of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in the two countries, expound the differences between the two basic modes of entrepreneurship education projects in American colleges and universities, and select some representative colleges and universities in the two countries to introduce them. The fourth part will put forward some suggestions to improve the entrepreneurship education system of our country on the basis of learning from the American entrepreneurship education project. In order to perfect the entrepreneurship education system in colleges and universities in China, it is necessary to set up correct ideas and objectives of entrepreneurship education, and to improve the organizational management model, curriculum construction, practical platform construction, entrepreneurial environment optimization and so on. The cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality of entrepreneurship requires the joint efforts of universities, society and government to build a good culture of entrepreneurship so as to form the resultant force of entrepreneurship education.
