【摘要】：學科交叉培養(yǎng)研究生是提升研究生創(chuàng)新能力、打造拔尖創(chuàng)新人才的重要途徑。文章在分析我國研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)過程中存在的具體問題的基礎上,構建基于學科交叉研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的機制,并從招生、培養(yǎng)、就業(yè)三個階段,招生制度、課程設置、師資建設、科研實踐等各個環(huán)節(jié)對研究生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)進行了設計。
[Abstract]:Interdisciplinary cultivation of graduate students is an important way to improve the innovative ability of graduate students and create top innovative talents. On the basis of analyzing the concrete problems existing in the process of cultivating the innovative ability of our country's graduate students, this paper constructs the mechanism of cultivating the innovative ability of the graduate students based on the subject crossing, and from the three stages of enrollment, cultivation and employment, the enrollment system, the curriculum design. Teachers construction, scientific research practice and other aspects of graduate innovation ability training has been designed.
