高師教育學(xué)公共課有效課堂環(huán)境的構(gòu)建與評價框架

【摘要】:國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對課堂環(huán)境概念、內(nèi)涵、測量等方面做了大量的研究,在梳理并借鑒已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對高師教育學(xué)公共課課堂環(huán)境概念進行界定。在此基礎(chǔ)上,從教學(xué)技能與教學(xué)活動、人際關(guān)系、教學(xué)情景等三個方面,以及由此衍生的學(xué)習(xí)行為、人際支持、情景支持等三個維度構(gòu)建教育學(xué)有效課堂環(huán)境框架。以教育質(zhì)量約定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和滿意標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為考察高師教育學(xué)公共課課堂教學(xué)環(huán)境構(gòu)建有效性的兩個維度。結(jié)合課堂環(huán)境分析框架與教育質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)二維度,構(gòu)建教育學(xué)公共課有效課堂環(huán)境的評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型。最后利用因子分析對評價模型進行量化處理,得出有效課堂環(huán)境的評價公式。
[Abstract]:Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the concept, connotation and measurement of classroom environment. On the basis of combing and referring to the existing research, the concept of classroom environment in the common course of pedagogy in teachers' colleges and universities is defined. On this basis, the effective classroom environment framework of pedagogy is constructed from three aspects: teaching skills and teaching activities, interpersonal relationships, teaching situations, and the resulting learning behaviors, interpersonal support and situational support. The two dimensions of the effectiveness of the construction of the teaching environment of the pedagogy public course in normal universities are the standard of educational quality agreement and the standard of satisfaction. Combining the analysis framework of classroom environment and the two dimensional degree of educational quality standard, the evaluation standard model of effective classroom environment of common course of pedagogy is constructed. Finally, the evaluation model is quantitatively processed by factor analysis, and the evaluation formula of effective classroom environment is obtained.
