高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)基于沖突機(jī)理的管理研究

【摘要】:隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,國家的創(chuàng)新發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為促進(jìn)本國的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、提高國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要趨勢(shì),我國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人多次強(qiáng)調(diào)要把我國建設(shè)成為創(chuàng)新型的國家。高校,在我國科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展中,占據(jù)著舉足輕重的作用,是國家科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展以及科技創(chuàng)新的主心骨,國家大多數(shù)的科研成果都是由高校完成的,由此可見,高校在國家的整個(gè)創(chuàng)新體系中十分重要,是實(shí)現(xiàn)科教興國戰(zhàn)略和人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略的重要組織機(jī)構(gòu)。高校已經(jīng)成為了我國科研方面的主力軍,高校的科研主要是由高校科技團(tuán)隊(duì)完成的,高校的科技團(tuán)隊(duì)在高校的科技發(fā)展,乃至我國的科技發(fā)展中都起著十分重要的作用,構(gòu)建具有創(chuàng)新型的高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)是我國科技發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略中的一個(gè)必要的途徑。本文研究高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)在沖突機(jī)理方面的管理研究,主要通過對(duì)高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)中的沖突進(jìn)行分析,從而幫助高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)認(rèn)識(shí)到團(tuán)隊(duì)中所存在的本質(zhì)問題和團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)行的要求,為整個(gè)高校團(tuán)隊(duì)的沖突管理打下良好的基礎(chǔ)。本研究基于高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)、沖突機(jī)理和沖突博弈論的研究,分析高校科技創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而從兩人對(duì)稱的博弈模型和兩人非對(duì)稱的博弈模型等方面,針對(duì)高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)基于沖突機(jī)理進(jìn)行管理分析。同時(shí),本研究以H高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)為案例,結(jié)合實(shí)際分析團(tuán)隊(duì)的現(xiàn)狀、其團(tuán)隊(duì)沖突形成的原因和類型。由此對(duì)H高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的任務(wù)沖突和關(guān)系沖突,進(jìn)行博弈分析;從團(tuán)隊(duì)文化、目標(biāo)管理、溝通方式以及績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)等方面對(duì)H高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)提出相關(guān)的管理建議。總之,高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)要發(fā)揮自身的自我調(diào)節(jié)和管理者的引導(dǎo)作用,有效的促進(jìn)高�?萍紕�(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)的正常發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the progress of the society, the innovation and development of the country has become an important trend to promote the national economic development and improve the international competitiveness. The leaders of our country have repeatedly stressed the need to build our country into an innovative country. Colleges and universities, which play an important role in the development of science and technology in our country, are the backbone of the development of science and technology and the innovation of science and technology. Colleges and universities are very important in the whole innovation system of our country, and they are the important organization to realize the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and the strategy of strengthening the country by talents. Colleges and universities have become the main force of scientific research in our country. The scientific research of colleges and universities is mainly accomplished by the scientific and technological teams of colleges and universities. The scientific and technological teams of colleges and universities play a very important role in the development of science and technology in colleges and universities, and even in the development of science and technology in our country. Constructing innovative scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities is a necessary way in our country's science and technology development strategy. This paper studies the management of the conflict mechanism of the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, mainly through the analysis of the conflict in the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities. Thus, it helps the scientific and technological innovation team to realize the essential problems in the team and the requirements of the team operation, and lay a good foundation for the conflict management of the whole university team. Based on the research of the scientific and technological innovation team, the conflict mechanism and the conflict game theory, this study analyzes the current situation of the conflict of the scientific and technological innovation team in colleges and universities, and then analyzes the game model of the symmetry of two people and the asymmetric game model of two people. This paper analyzes the management of scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities based on conflict mechanism. At the same time, this study takes H university scientific and technological innovation team as a case, analyzes the current situation of the team, and analyzes the causes and types of the team conflict. This paper makes a game analysis on task conflict and relationship conflict of H university scientific and technological innovation team, and puts forward relevant management suggestions from team culture, goal management, communication mode and performance evaluation. In a word, the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities should exert their own self-regulation and the leading role of the managers, and effectively promote the normal development of the scientific and technological innovation teams in colleges and universities.
