【摘要】：目前中國(guó)“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的熱情高漲,顯示出了我國(guó)已經(jīng)將“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”提升到了國(guó)家的戰(zhàn)略地位�！按蟊妱�(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”不僅是黨和政府的明確要求,也是社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的迫切需要,更是培養(yǎng)具有創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì)人才的重要抓手。在此背景下,高校大學(xué)生選擇自主創(chuàng)業(yè)逐漸成為一種流行趨勢(shì)。但是從實(shí)際效果來看,由于大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容不完善,方法手段單一,缺乏創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)專業(yè)教師隊(duì)伍等原因,大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的持續(xù)力和成功率都并不理想。為了充分發(fā)揮高校優(yōu)勢(shì)、提高大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)素質(zhì),必須將創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育融入大學(xué)生思想政治教育中去。因此,在“大眾創(chuàng)業(yè),萬眾創(chuàng)新”的背景下研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育創(chuàng)新就顯得十分必要。也只有這樣,才能真正的給大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)提供思想指導(dǎo),才能更加激發(fā)大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)潛能。隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的高速發(fā)展,當(dāng)今世界已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)代。在“雙創(chuàng)”背景之下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)拓寬了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的資源和內(nèi)容�！半p創(chuàng)”的時(shí)代也是經(jīng)濟(jì)迅猛發(fā)展的時(shí)代,經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展為大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新奠定了堅(jiān)實(shí)的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。但是,隨著“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”時(shí)代的到來,大學(xué)生思想政治教育也面臨著新的挑戰(zhàn);新的就業(yè)形勢(shì)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)觀念發(fā)起了挑戰(zhàn)。以揚(yáng)州大學(xué)、南京師范大學(xué)和南京林業(yè)大學(xué)為樣本,通過問卷調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),在“雙創(chuàng)”的背景下,大學(xué)生思想政治教育在教育內(nèi)容、教育方法、教育途徑、教師隊(duì)伍、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育緊密融合等方面還存在一些問題。產(chǎn)生這些問題的原因主要表現(xiàn)在四個(gè)方面:政府的重視不夠、政策不完善;社會(huì)的重視不夠、支持不到位;學(xué)校的重視不夠、教育體系不完善;學(xué)生個(gè)人的重視不夠、缺乏主動(dòng)性。針對(duì)“雙創(chuàng)”背景下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀與存在問題,新形勢(shì)下大學(xué)生思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新可以從以下幾個(gè)方面著手:開展“雙創(chuàng)”教育,更新大學(xué)生思想政治教育理念;形成“雙創(chuàng)”氛圍,創(chuàng)新大學(xué)生思想政治教育方式;融入“雙創(chuàng)”要求,完善大學(xué)生思想政治教育機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, the enthusiasm of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" in China is high, which shows that China has promoted "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation" to the strategic position of the country. It is not only the explicit requirement of the Party and the government, but also the urgent need of the social and economic development, but also the important grasp of cultivating talents with innovative and entrepreneurial qualities. Under this background, the university student chooses the independent undertaking gradually becomes a kind of popular trend. However, because of the imperfect content of college students' ideological and political education, the single method and the lack of innovative professional teachers, the sustainability and success rate of college students' independent entrepreneurship are not ideal. In order to give full play to the advantages of colleges and universities and improve the quality of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, it is necessary to integrate innovative entrepreneurship education into the ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ideological and political education innovation of college students under the background of "mass entrepreneurship and mass innovation". Only in this way, can we really provide ideological guidance for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship, and stimulate college students' potential of innovation and entrepreneurship. With the rapid development of the Internet, the world has entered the network era. Under the background of "double creation", the Internet broadens the resources and contents of ideological and political education for college students. The era of "double creation" is also an era of rapid economic development. The economic development has laid a solid material foundation for the innovation of college students' ideological and political education. However, with the advent of the "Internet" era, the ideological and political education of college students is facing new challenges, and the new employment situation challenges the traditional concept of employment. Taking Yangzhou University, Nanjing normal University and Nanjing Forestry University as samples, through the questionnaire investigation, it is found that under the background of "double creation", ideological and political education of college students is in terms of educational content, educational methods, ways of education, and teaching staff. There are still some problems in the close integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education. The main reasons for these problems are shown in four aspects: insufficient attention from the government and imperfect policies; insufficient attention and support from the society; insufficient attention from schools; inadequate education system; insufficient attention from students. Lack of initiative. In view of the present situation and existing problems of college students' ideological and political education under the background of "double creation", the innovation of college students' ideological and political education under the new situation can be started from the following aspects: carrying out "double creation" education, Renewing the idea of ideological and political education of college students, forming the atmosphere of "double creation", innovating the way of ideological and political education of college students, integrating the requirement of "double creation", perfecting the mechanism of ideological and political education of college students.
