【摘要】：通過對(duì)中國(guó)石油大學(xué)(北京)全國(guó)優(yōu)秀博士學(xué)位論文和提名論文的作者及其導(dǎo)師進(jìn)行深度訪談,總結(jié)分析了導(dǎo)師對(duì)研究生良好思想道德形成具有重要的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:導(dǎo)師在奉獻(xiàn)精神、求精精神、仁愛精神方面對(duì)研究生有顯著影響。
[Abstract]:Through the in-depth interview with the authors and their mentors of the excellent doctoral dissertation and the nominated thesis of China University of Petroleum (Beijing), this paper summarizes and analyzes the important influence of the tutor on the formation of good moral and ideological status of postgraduates. The results show that tutors have significant influence on graduate students in the spirit of dedication, refinement and benevolence.
