思想政治教育視域下的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育研究

【摘要】:中國(guó)當(dāng)前對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng),存在效率低下的現(xiàn)象,對(duì)該現(xiàn)象的深入分析易于發(fā)現(xiàn),沒有從精神層面上開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。思想政治教育與大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育在宏觀層面上,不論是在政治功能還是社會(huì)功能上都具有異曲同工之處;在微觀層面上,他們既有理論上的互相滲透又有模式上的互相依托。因此從思想政治教育視域分析大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,既利于進(jìn)一步研究和探索創(chuàng)業(yè)教育精神層面的內(nèi)容,又有助于豐富拓展思想政治教育的學(xué)科內(nèi)容,進(jìn)而為完善我國(guó)的思政教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程體系提供合適的政策建議。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于思政教育和大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行梳理分析,將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育作為本文研究的突破口,采取文獻(xiàn)和理論分析的方法,闡述了思政教育視域下的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。全文分為五個(gè)部分。第一部分,主要是提出了本文的選題背景及其研究目的、文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究意義、研究方法及其創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)。在這一部分主要論述了相關(guān)的研究現(xiàn)狀,并通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀的對(duì)比分析,指出了我國(guó)在思政教育的過程中存在忽視培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的問題,從而提出本選題研究的意義。第二部分,論述了大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育及其特點(diǎn),從創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),逐步引深到大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內(nèi)容和主要特點(diǎn)。第三部分,主要論述了思想政治教育與創(chuàng)業(yè)教育結(jié)合的必要性及相互關(guān)系,即二者的異同及相互作用。第四部分,論析思想政治教育視域中我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的問題及原因。我國(guó)思想政治教育老師創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)的缺乏、高校對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育重視不足、創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和思想政治教育兩個(gè)學(xué)科之間缺乏交流、創(chuàng)業(yè)理論教育和學(xué)生實(shí)踐的脫節(jié)等原因,直接導(dǎo)致了當(dāng)前的思想政治教育部分缺乏創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的內(nèi)容,最終影響了對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)者的培訓(xùn)效率。第五部分,從國(guó)家、學(xué)校、家庭和個(gè)人四個(gè)層面出發(fā),對(duì)思政教育視域中的大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的路徑進(jìn)行了思考,就如何進(jìn)一步的將創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思政教育結(jié)合提出思考和建議。
[Abstract]:At present, there is a phenomenon of low efficiency in the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability in China. The in-depth analysis of this phenomenon is easy to find out, and no entrepreneurship education has been carried out from the spiritual level. Ideological and political education and college students' entrepreneurship education have similarities and differences in both political and social functions at the macro level; at the micro level, they have both theoretical penetration and mutual dependence on each other. Therefore, analyzing the entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education is not only conducive to further research and exploration of the spiritual aspects of entrepreneurship education, but also helpful to enrich and expand the subject content of ideological and political education. Then it provides appropriate policy suggestions for perfecting the curriculum system of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education in China. This paper firstly analyzes the current research situation of ideological and political education and college students' entrepreneurship education at home and abroad, takes entrepreneurship education as the breakthrough point of this paper, and adopts the methods of literature and theoretical analysis. This paper expounds the entrepreneurship education of college students from the perspective of ideological and political education. The full text is divided into five parts. The first part mainly puts forward the background and purpose of this paper, literature review, research significance, research methods and innovative points. In this part, the author mainly discusses the related research status, and points out the problem of neglecting the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial ability in the process of ideological and political education in China through the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign research status. The significance of this research is put forward. The second part discusses the entrepreneurship education of college students and its characteristics, starting from the connotation of entrepreneurship education, gradually to the content and main characteristics of entrepreneurship education for college students. The third part mainly discusses the necessity and relationship of the combination of ideological and political education and entrepreneurship education, that is, the similarities and differences between them. The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education of college students in China from the perspective of ideological and political education. The lack of entrepreneurial knowledge among our ideological and political education teachers, the lack of attention to entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the lack of communication between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education, the disconnection between entrepreneurship theory education and students' practice, etc. The current ideological and political education lacks the content of entrepreneurship education, which ultimately affects the training efficiency of college students' entrepreneurs. The fifth part, from the state, school, family and personal four levels, thinking of ideological and political education in the perspective of college students entrepreneurship education path, on how to further the combination of entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education put forward thinking and suggestions.
