【摘要】：南疆位于我國西北邊陲的新疆西南部,歷來為國內(nèi)外分裂勢(shì)力分裂瓦解的重點(diǎn),隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力的增強(qiáng)和國際地位的提高,近年來新疆的反分裂形勢(shì)日益嚴(yán)峻,南疆成為意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭(zhēng)前沿陣地成為不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí);高校是意識(shí)形態(tài)傳播的主陣地,多樣思潮激蕩碰撞閃現(xiàn)的“思想火花”共存于校內(nèi),成為影響學(xué)生價(jià)值選擇的主要來源;民族學(xué)生作為未來家園發(fā)展建設(shè)的脊梁,其價(jià)值取向決定了未來民族及社會(huì)的價(jià)值取向,而青年處于價(jià)值觀念塑造的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,能否抓牢學(xué)生正確價(jià)值觀念的養(yǎng)成,不僅事關(guān)其自身的提高和發(fā)展、事關(guān)南疆的穩(wěn)定和全國改革發(fā)展穩(wěn)定大局,更事關(guān)中華民族偉大復(fù)興。思想政治教育是:“作用于人之精神生產(chǎn)的工作,是我黨歷來珍視的優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng),是我黨的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)�！鄙鐣�(huì)價(jià)值和個(gè)體價(jià)值是思想政治教育價(jià)值的兩大基本形態(tài)。長期以來,人們偏重社會(huì)價(jià)值的研究,忽略了對(duì)個(gè)體價(jià)值的關(guān)注。在意識(shí)形態(tài)斗爭(zhēng)較為嚴(yán)峻的南疆民族地區(qū),個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)性作用發(fā)揮,是實(shí)現(xiàn)南疆思想政治教育價(jià)值的關(guān)鍵。高校作為弘揚(yáng)主導(dǎo)價(jià)值觀的主陣地,發(fā)揮自身所長抓好民族地區(qū)大學(xué)生價(jià)值觀念的形成和確立,對(duì)確保高校培養(yǎng)發(fā)展民族地區(qū)的中堅(jiān)力量,充實(shí)和發(fā)展思想政治教育學(xué)科體系及確保南疆的穩(wěn)定具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文遵循從“理論發(fā)現(xiàn)問題—實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn)問題—問題反饋理論”的思路對(duì)南疆大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)問題進(jìn)行了研究,全文通過社會(huì)、高校、學(xué)生和環(huán)境四個(gè)層面對(duì)南疆現(xiàn)存的問題進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策。全文共包括四個(gè)部分:第一部分:引言,詳細(xì)論述本選題意義、研究現(xiàn)狀思路和可能的創(chuàng)新之處;第二部分:大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的學(xué)理探究及要素分析,該部分以個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的基本概念界定為出發(fā)點(diǎn),依次對(duì)該論題的理論基礎(chǔ)、內(nèi)涵、結(jié)構(gòu)幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行學(xué)理探討;第三部分:南疆大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的現(xiàn)狀及原因分析,該部分通過選擇具有典型性、能體現(xiàn)南疆思想政治教育特點(diǎn)的三所高校,即喀什大學(xué)、塔里木大學(xué)、和田醫(yī)學(xué)�？茖W(xué)院為研究個(gè)案,對(duì)該選題的現(xiàn)狀分別進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究和現(xiàn)狀分析;第四部分:南疆大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,據(jù)南疆調(diào)研現(xiàn)狀分析,提出從確立南疆主導(dǎo)價(jià)值認(rèn)同,優(yōu)化南疆大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的根本與具體路徑,提升南疆大學(xué)生的自我教育能力,建立健全大學(xué)生思想政治教育個(gè)體價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的溝通反饋機(jī)制五個(gè)方面提出該價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的路徑;最后是文章的總結(jié)和展望。
[Abstract]:The southern Xinjiang, located in the southwest of Xinjiang in the northwestern border of China, has always been the focus of splittist forces at home and abroad. With the strengthening of China's economic strength and the improvement of its international status, the anti-secession situation in Xinjiang has become increasingly serious in recent years. It is an indisputable fact that southern Xinjiang becomes the front position of ideological struggle, colleges and universities are the main position of ideological dissemination, and the "thought sparks" of various ideological trends, which collide with each other, coexist in the school, and become the main source of influence on students' value choice. As the backbone of the development and construction of the future homeland, the value orientation of ethnic students determines the value orientation of the future nation and society. It concerns not only its own improvement and development, but also the stability of southern Xinjiang and the overall situation of national reform and development, as well as the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Ideological and political education is: "the work that acts on the spiritual production of people is an excellent tradition cherished by our Party all along, and is our party's political superiority." Social value and individual value are two basic forms of ideological and political education value. For a long time, people pay more attention to social value than to individual value. In the ethnic areas of southern Xinjiang where the ideological struggle is more severe, the basic role of individual value realization is the key to realize the value of ideological and political education in southern Xinjiang. As the main position of carrying forward the leading values, colleges and universities should give full play to their own advantages and do a good job in the formation and establishment of the values of college students in minority areas, which will ensure that colleges and universities cultivate and develop the backbone of ethnic areas. It is of great practical significance to enrich and develop the discipline system of ideological and political education and to ensure the stability of southern Xinjiang. This paper studies the realization of the individual value of ideological and political education of college students in southern Xinjiang from the perspective of "theory discovery problem-practice test problem-problem feedback theory". In this part, through selecting three universities which have the typical character and can embody the characteristics of the ideological and political education in the south of Xinjiang, namely Kashi University and Tarim University, As a case study of Hotan Medical College, the status of this topic has been investigated and analyzed. Part four: the way to realize the individual value of ideological and political education of college students in South Xinjiang, according to the status quo of investigation in Southern Xinjiang. In order to improve the ability of self-education of college students in South Xinjiang, it is proposed to establish the identity of leading value in South Xinjiang, to optimize the fundamental and specific path of realizing individual value of ideological and political education of college students in South Xinjiang. Establishing and perfecting the communication and feedback mechanism of individual value realization of college students' ideological and political education, and putting forward the path of realizing this value in five aspects; finally, the summary and prospect of the article.
