【摘要】：本文評(píng)價(jià)了高等學(xué)校的科學(xué)研究效率、人才培養(yǎng)效率以及整體運(yùn)作效率,并對(duì)效率未達(dá)DEA有效的高校找出效率低下的原因,提出改進(jìn)的方向,有利于高校充分利用資源、合理配置資源,提高教育和科研的產(chǎn)出。本文構(gòu)建的高校網(wǎng)絡(luò)整體效率評(píng)價(jià)模型包括能力形成過程、科學(xué)研究過程和人才培養(yǎng)過程,與經(jīng)典的DEA相比,打開了黑箱,考慮了系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu),能夠更科學(xué)地評(píng)價(jià)高校的整體效率,具有重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper evaluates the scientific research efficiency, talent training efficiency and overall operation efficiency of colleges and universities, and finds out the reasons for the low efficiency in colleges and universities whose efficiency is not up to that of DEA, and puts forward the direction of improvement, which is conducive to making full use of resources in colleges and universities.Rational allocation of resources to improve the output of education and scientific research.The evaluation model of the overall efficiency of university network includes the process of ability formation, the process of scientific research and the process of talent training. Compared with the classical DEA, the model opens the black box and considers the network structure inside the system.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to evaluate the overall efficiency of colleges and universities more scientifically.
