【摘要】：合理的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)治理結(jié)構(gòu)必然是權(quán)力多元的。我國傳統(tǒng)高等教育管理模式的缺陷源于高度一元化的權(quán)力譜系,因此,重建以政府權(quán)力、社會權(quán)力、大學(xué)權(quán)力為主要構(gòu)成的權(quán)力秩序是我國傳統(tǒng)高等教育管理模式實現(xiàn)向大學(xué)治理轉(zhuǎn)變的客觀選擇。而當(dāng)前所提出的大學(xué)治理體系和治理能力的現(xiàn)代化,就其本質(zhì)而言是指大學(xué)治理達(dá)致善治之狀態(tài),在這個過程中,必須建立起有效的社會參與體系,以市場或社會權(quán)力協(xié)調(diào)政府與大學(xué)權(quán)力的關(guān)系,這是推進(jìn)并最終實現(xiàn)大學(xué)治理現(xiàn)代化的路徑選擇。
[Abstract]:The rational governance structure of modern universities must be pluralistic in power.The defects of traditional management mode of higher education in our country stem from the highly unified power pedigree, therefore, the reconstruction of government power and social power,The power order composed of university power is the objective choice to realize the transformation from traditional higher education management mode to university governance.At present, the modernization of university governance system and governance ability is, in essence, a state of good governance in university governance. In the process, an effective social participation system must be established.To coordinate the relationship between government and university power by market or social power is the way to promote and ultimately realize the modernization of university governance.
