高校思想政治教育合力研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生是實(shí)現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興的重要力量,擁有較高的專(zhuān)業(yè)技能是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的,更重要的是要具有較高的思想道德素質(zhì)。高校作為培養(yǎng)建設(shè)社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者和可靠接班人的主要陣地,肩負(fù)著提高大學(xué)生思想道德水平的重要使命,承擔(dān)著塑造學(xué)生靈魂的偉大責(zé)任。一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)技能強(qiáng)的大學(xué)生可以為社會(huì)做出力所能及的貢獻(xiàn),但這需要以具備優(yōu)良的道德素質(zhì)、高尚的道德情懷為前提。加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育至關(guān)重要。高校能否完成培養(yǎng)人才的重要?dú)v史使命,順利履行思想政治教育的社會(huì)責(zé)任,關(guān)鍵在于高校能否形成思想政治教育的合力。努力構(gòu)建并完善高校思想政治教育合力,將促進(jìn)高校更好地完成立德樹(shù)人的根本任務(wù)和履行育人職責(zé),切實(shí)提高思想政治教育的實(shí)效性。而目前部分高校思想政治教育力量不集中,教育方向不統(tǒng)一,資源利用不合理,各部門(mén)協(xié)作不密切甚至有單打獨(dú)斗的局面,思想政治教育合力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒(méi)有形成。高校急需形成思想政治教育合力育人的局面。本文包括三部分。第一部分包括第一章和第二章,闡述了選題背景及研究意義,介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及進(jìn)行研究的方法和思路,簡(jiǎn)單介紹高校思想政治教育合力相關(guān)概念,說(shuō)明論文研究?jī)?nèi)容為高校內(nèi)部的思想政治教育,闡述其理論基礎(chǔ)及學(xué)科借鑒,為本研究奠定基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是論文主體部分,由第三章到第八章組成,分別介紹教書(shū)育人、管理育人、服務(wù)育人、網(wǎng)絡(luò)育人、環(huán)境育人、自我教育六個(gè)高校思想政治教育合力的重要組成部分,著重闡釋提高各個(gè)分力內(nèi)部思想政治教育實(shí)效性的舉措,使得每一個(gè)分力為合力的形成都發(fā)揮出最大作用。隨著時(shí)代和形勢(shì)的發(fā)展,原有的"三育人"已經(jīng)不能滿(mǎn)足實(shí)際需要和實(shí)踐發(fā)展。本文在教書(shū)育人、管理育人、服務(wù)育人的基礎(chǔ)上,增加網(wǎng)絡(luò)育人、環(huán)境育人、自我教育三個(gè)子系統(tǒng),共同構(gòu)成高校思想政治教育合力,詳盡各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部問(wèn)題,使各分力的思想政治教育實(shí)效性達(dá)到最大值,真正實(shí)現(xiàn)"三全"育人。第三部分是結(jié)語(yǔ)部分,聚焦在"合"字上,闡述各個(gè)分力之間是相互聯(lián)系、相互作用的關(guān)系,因此,必須朝著同一個(gè)目標(biāo)邁進(jìn),各分力之間要同向同行,相互促進(jìn),不能唱反調(diào),抵消其他分力所產(chǎn)生的思想政治教育作用。
[Abstract]:College students are an important force to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is far from enough to possess higher professional skills and more importantly to have a higher ideological and moral quality.As the main position of cultivating qualified constructors and reliable successors of building socialism, colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of improving the ideological and moral level of college students and bear the great responsibility of shaping students' soul.A college student with strong professional skills can contribute as much as he can to the society, but this needs the premise of having good moral quality and noble moral feelings.It is very important to strengthen the ideological and political education of college students.Whether colleges and universities can complete the important historical mission of cultivating talents and smoothly fulfill the social responsibility of ideological and political education depends on whether colleges and universities can form the resultant force of ideological and political education.Making great efforts to construct and perfect the resultant force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities will promote colleges and universities to accomplish the fundamental task of establishing moral integrity and to carry out the duty of educating people, and to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.But at present some colleges and universities ideological and political education strength is not concentrated, the education direction is not unified, the resources use is unreasonable, the each department cooperation is not close even has the single fight situation, the ideological and political education resultant force has not formed far.Colleges and universities urgently need to form the situation of ideological and political education.This paper includes three parts.The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter, elaborated the selected topic background and the research significance, introduced the domestic and foreign research present situation as well as carries on the research method and the thought, simply introduced the university ideological and political education resultant force correlation concept,It explains that the research content of this paper is the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, expounds its theoretical basis and subject reference, and lays a foundation for this study.The second part is the main part of the thesis, which is composed of the third chapter and the eighth chapter. It introduces the important components of the resultant force of ideological and political education in six colleges and universities, namely, teaching, management, serving, network, environment and self-education.The measures to improve the effectiveness of internal ideological and political education in each component force are emphatically explained, which make each component force play a most important role in the formation of the resultant force.With the development of times and situation, the original "three educations" can not meet the actual needs and practical development.On the basis of teaching, managing and serving, this paper adds three subsystems of network education, environment education and self-education, which constitute the joint force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, and the internal problems of each subsystem.To achieve the maximum effectiveness of ideological and political education, and to truly achieve the "three complete" education.The third part is the concluding part, which focuses on the word "combination" and expounds the interrelation and interaction between the various forces. Therefore, it is necessary to move towards the same goal, and each component must go in the same direction and promote each other.We cannot counteract the role of ideological and political education produced by other forces.
