互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)自首次強(qiáng)調(diào)對(duì)教育進(jìn)行改革,著重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)能力以來(lái),政府縱觀發(fā)展,已提出大量針對(duì)性的相關(guān)政策。隨著《國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于深化高等學(xué)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育改革的實(shí)施意見(jiàn)》(國(guó)辦發(fā)[2015]36號(hào)文)的正式發(fā)布,這標(biāo)志著我國(guó)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育正式邁入深化改革階段,同時(shí)也需加強(qiáng)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)能力,促進(jìn)全民就業(yè)和提高創(chuàng)業(yè)能力。教育部也在《關(guān)于做好2016屆全國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)工作的通知》中明確規(guī)定:從2016年起,所有高校按需設(shè)置創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育課程,對(duì)全體學(xué)生開(kāi)發(fā)開(kāi)設(shè)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育必修課和選修課,納入學(xué)分管理。如今,伴隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的到來(lái),它不斷呼吁著高質(zhì)量的創(chuàng)造人才,伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)一體化步伐的高速增長(zhǎng),世界的比賽也愈演愈烈,創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)已是21世紀(jì)國(guó)家整體發(fā)展的主要推進(jìn)力,也是現(xiàn)代技術(shù)發(fā)展的“推動(dòng)器”。創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)從高校大學(xué)生培養(yǎng)上來(lái)看,是與大方向宏觀相吻合的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,是高,F(xiàn)在迫切需要完成的使命與責(zé)任。在我國(guó),以往每個(gè)歷史階段對(duì)于推許創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作都沒(méi)有現(xiàn)在這么迫切,高校畢業(yè)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是順應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的需求,是全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要和經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型的超強(qiáng)動(dòng)力,同時(shí)又是高教改革的一項(xiàng)重中之重的課題。本文將通過(guò)六個(gè)方面以上內(nèi)容展開(kāi)詳細(xì)論述:第一方面是導(dǎo)論,其主要內(nèi)容是介紹此論文研究的背景意義、相關(guān)疑問(wèn)、思考的思路以及解決方法;第二方面是通過(guò)介紹處于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代的高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的技能以及能力;第三方面則詳細(xì)介紹我國(guó)高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)技能培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)情況與原因,從國(guó)家政府、學(xué)校和學(xué)生自身進(jìn)行分析;第四部分將全面介紹在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代加強(qiáng)高校培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)原則和有哪些可供選擇的途徑;第五部分在加強(qiáng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代和改進(jìn)高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)方面上提出一些保障措施,提出一些對(duì)于深化改革有幫助的大方向。最后一部分是全文的結(jié)論與展望,針對(duì)下一步的研究做出具體的規(guī)劃和拓展。高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育作為一種推動(dòng)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新型的教育方式,其發(fā)展形勢(shì)已是社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì),但就目前來(lái)看,我國(guó)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育還處于初級(jí)階段,其理論研究還相對(duì)較少,缺少相應(yīng)的實(shí)踐活動(dòng),對(duì)于這些問(wèn)題的存在,通過(guò)查找與分析,本文則在其發(fā)展的路徑上提出了以下幾點(diǎn)對(duì)策:一是要培養(yǎng)高校學(xué)生的基本原則,多方面進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。二是需要有關(guān)部門及社會(huì)力量的大力支持與配合,為學(xué)生們提供各種創(chuàng)業(yè)路徑與保障措施。三是繼續(xù)推動(dòng)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)路徑完成的基本對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Since China first emphasized the reform of education and the cultivation of students' entrepreneurial ability, the government has put forward a large number of relevant policies.With the official release of "opinions of the General Office of the State Council on deepening the Reform of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in institutions of higher Learning" (text [2015] 36 by the State Administration), this indicates that China's innovation and entrepreneurship education has formally entered the stage of deepening the reform.At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the employability of college graduates, promote the full employment and improve the entrepreneurial ability.The Ministry of Education has also clearly stipulated in the Circular on doing a good Job for the Employment and Entrepreneurship of the 2016 National ordinary College graduates: from 2016 onwards, all colleges and universities will set up innovative entrepreneurship education courses on demand.For all students to develop and open innovative entrepreneurship education required courses and elective courses, including credit management.Today, with the advent of the Internet era, it is constantly calling for the creation of high-quality talent, with the rapid growth of the world economic and social integration, the world competition is also increasingly fierce.Innovation and entrepreneurship have been the main driving force for the overall development of the country in the 21 st century, and are also the "driving force" of the development of modern technology.From the point of view of the cultivation of college students, innovation and entrepreneurship is a development strategy consistent with the macro direction, and a mission and responsibility that colleges and universities urgently need to complete.In our country, every historical stage in the past is not as urgent as it is now for the promotion of innovation and pioneering work. The innovative entrepreneurship education of college graduates is in line with the needs of the development of modern society, and is the demand of national economic development and the super power of economic transformation.At the same time, the reform of higher education is a top priority.This article will be discussed in more than six aspects: the first is an introduction, the main content is to introduce the background of this paper research significance, related questions, thinking ideas and solutions;The second aspect is to introduce the skills and abilities of college students in the Internet age of innovation and entrepreneurship. The third aspect is to introduce in detail the actual situation and reasons for the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurial skills of college students in our country, from the national government.The fourth part will introduce the training principles and the ways to strengthen the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of colleges and universities in the Internet era.The fifth part puts forward some safeguard measures in strengthening the Internet era and improving the cultivation of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial ability, and puts forward some helpful directions for deepening the reform.The last part is the conclusion and prospect of the paper.As a new type of education to promote the development of social economy, innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is an inevitable trend of social development. However, at present, the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in our country is still in the primary stage.Its theoretical research is still relatively few, lack of corresponding practical activities. For the existence of these problems, through the search and analysis, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures in the path of its development: first, to cultivate the basic principles of college students,Guide in many ways.Second, it needs the support and cooperation of relevant departments and social forces to provide students with various ways and measures to set up a business.Third, continue to promote innovative entrepreneurial ability training path to complete the basic countermeasures.
