【摘要】：正建設(shè)世界一流大學(xué)和一流學(xué)科的宗旨在于提高中國教育水平,增強(qiáng)與世界教育接軌的能力,中國特色、世界一流是其根本性質(zhì)。在"雙一流"建設(shè)啟動之際,各地區(qū)和高校對于一流人才尤其優(yōu)秀青年人才的爭奪更加激烈。為爭創(chuàng)"雙一流",一些高校不惜血本到處"挖人",在全國范圍內(nèi)引起公眾對高校人才流動的關(guān)注,也促使高校對人才流動進(jìn)行了規(guī)范。這也從一個側(cè)面說明,國家和時代的發(fā)展對青年人才尤其
[Abstract]:The aim of constructing world-class universities and disciplines is to improve the educational level of China and to strengthen its ability to meet the needs of world education. Chinese characteristics and world class are its fundamental nature.At the start of the construction of "double-class", the competition for the first-class talents, especially the outstanding young talents, is more fierce in various regions and universities.In order to create "double first-class", some colleges and universities "dig people" everywhere at the expense of blood, which causes the public to pay attention to the flow of talents in colleges and universities all over the country, and also promotes the universities to regulate the flow of talents.This also shows from one side that the development of the country and the times is especially true for young people.
