【摘要】：對于高校專利成果轉(zhuǎn)化,選擇何種轉(zhuǎn)化模式至關(guān)重要。本文從專利技術(shù)質(zhì)量、專利技術(shù)成熟度、互補(bǔ)性資產(chǎn)、市場和技術(shù)不確定性四個(gè)專利技術(shù)特征展開分析,研究其對高校專利成果轉(zhuǎn)化的三種主導(dǎo)模式的選擇影響。通過對168個(gè)已轉(zhuǎn)化專利開展調(diào)查研究,結(jié)果顯示:專利技術(shù)特征影響高校專利轉(zhuǎn)化。當(dāng)專利技術(shù)質(zhì)量較差時(shí),創(chuàng)辦企業(yè)和轉(zhuǎn)讓比許可更有可能實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)化;當(dāng)專利技術(shù)成熟度越高時(shí),越有可能通過許可或轉(zhuǎn)讓到現(xiàn)有企業(yè)實(shí)施轉(zhuǎn)化。互補(bǔ)性資產(chǎn)和不確定性沒有直接證據(jù)證明假設(shè)。但是,我們從調(diào)研中發(fā)現(xiàn),減少專用性互補(bǔ)資產(chǎn)的成本以及市場和技術(shù)不確定性的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),企業(yè)具有結(jié)盟等更好的應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:It is very important to choose which transformation mode for the transformation of university patent achievement.In this paper, the characteristics of patent technology quality, patent technology maturity, complementary assets, market and technological uncertainty are analyzed, and the choice of three dominant modes for the transformation of patent achievements in colleges and universities is studied.Based on the investigation of 168 transformed patents, the results show that the characteristics of patent technology affect the patent transformation in colleges and universities.When the quality of patent technology is poor, it is more likely to carry out transformation than licensing, and the higher the maturity of patent technology, the more likely it is to carry out transformation through license or transfer to existing enterprises.Complementary assets and uncertainties have no direct evidence to support the hypothesis.However, we find from the research that reducing the cost of specialized complementary assets and the risk of market and technological uncertainty, companies have better coping strategies such as alliances.
