SMCR模型視角下大學(xué)生對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的需求調(diào)查

【摘要】:隨著教育信息化的不斷發(fā)展,高校教學(xué)模式和學(xué)習(xí)方式的改革和創(chuàng)新刻不容緩。翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂作為一種新型的教學(xué)模式,其實(shí)施價(jià)值逐漸凸顯,然而在高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)施過(guò)程中存在諸如教師技術(shù)能力不足、課程設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)性不強(qiáng)、技術(shù)通道不合理、大學(xué)生的積極性不高等問(wèn)題,使得高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的實(shí)施受到一定的阻礙。大學(xué)生作為高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)施的主體,其對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的需求對(duì)推進(jìn)高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂有效實(shí)施有重要意義。SMCR模型作為一種常用來(lái)解釋教育過(guò)程的傳播模型,從傳播過(guò)程中的信源(Source)、信息(Message)、信道(Channel)和信宿(Receiver)出發(fā),詳細(xì)說(shuō)明了影響傳播效率和效果的因素,可為大學(xué)生對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的需求研究提供一定指導(dǎo)意義。本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法對(duì)高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的情況進(jìn)行了研究。首先,本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的相關(guān)概念、翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的發(fā)展歷程、高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀以及影響因素和對(duì)策進(jìn)行了梳理,并對(duì)SMCR模型的概述以及在教育中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了分析。其次,本文根據(jù)SMCR模型,從教師、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播通道和學(xué)生四個(gè)維度,具體分析了影響翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂實(shí)施的因素,編制出大學(xué)生對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的需求調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,并以東北某高校為例,全面系統(tǒng)地調(diào)查并分析了大學(xué)生對(duì)翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的需求,進(jìn)而得出調(diào)研結(jié)果。最后,本文根據(jù)調(diào)研結(jié)果,分別從教師、傳播內(nèi)容、傳播通道和學(xué)生四個(gè)維度探討了推進(jìn)高校翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂有效實(shí)施的策略。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of educational informatization, the reform and innovation of teaching mode and learning mode in colleges and universities are urgent.As a new teaching mode, the value of flipping classroom is becoming more and more important. However, in the process of implementing flipping classroom in colleges and universities, such as teachers' technical ability is insufficient, curriculum design structure is not strong, and technical channel is unreasonable.College students' enthusiasm is not high, so the implementation of overturned classroom is hindered.As the main body of flipping classroom in colleges and universities, the demand of flipping classroom is significant to promote the effective implementation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities. The SMCR model is often used to explain the educational process as a communication model.Starting from the sources of information source, message, channel channel and receiver in the process of communication, this paper explains in detail the factors that affect the efficiency and effect of communication, which can provide some guidance for the study of college students' demand for flipping classroom.In this paper, literature research and questionnaire survey are used to study the situation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities.First of all, this paper combs the related concepts of flipping classroom at home and abroad, the development course of flipping classroom, the status quo of flipping classroom implementation in colleges and universities, and the influencing factors and countermeasures.And the overview of SMCR model and its practical application in education are analyzed.Secondly, according to SMCR model, from four dimensions of teacher, communication content, communication channel and students, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the implementation of flipping classroom, and draws out the questionnaire of college students' demand for flipping classroom.Taking a university in Northeast China as an example, this paper investigates and analyzes the demand of college students for the flipping classroom comprehensively and systematically, and then obtains the results of the investigation.Finally, according to the research results, this paper discusses the strategies to promote the effective implementation of flipping classroom in colleges and universities from the four dimensions of teacher, content, channel and students.
