【摘要】：在對(duì)上一輪普通高校本科教學(xué)工作水平評(píng)估實(shí)踐反思的基礎(chǔ)上,我國(guó)開(kāi)展了分類評(píng)估和審核評(píng)估的研究和實(shí)踐。分類評(píng)估思想的產(chǎn)生有著理論淵源和實(shí)踐動(dòng)力,但也存在制度設(shè)計(jì)上的缺陷和現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐中的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),為此引發(fā)了學(xué)術(shù)爭(zhēng)鳴。之后又開(kāi)始了審核評(píng)估模式的理論研究和試點(diǎn)實(shí)踐,審核評(píng)估作為更新、更系統(tǒng)的評(píng)估模式被正式提出,但它也存在可能的困境。為此需要將國(guó)際特征和本土特色相結(jié)合、制定評(píng)審細(xì)則和有效范例、借鑒伙伴院校最佳實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)、引入組織管理中的標(biāo)桿管理等。
[Abstract]:On the basis of the reflection on the practice of undergraduate teaching evaluation in the last round of colleges and universities, the research and practice of classifying evaluation and auditing evaluation have been carried out in China.The thought of classification evaluation has its theoretical origin and practical motive force, but there are also defects in system design and risks in practical practice, which leads to academic controversy.After that, the theoretical research and pilot practice of the audit evaluation model were started. As an update, the more systematic evaluation model was formally put forward, but it also had possible difficulties.Therefore, it is necessary to combine international features with local characteristics, formulate rules and effective examples, draw lessons from the best practice experience of partner colleges and introduce benchmarking management in organizational management and so on.
