【摘要】：大學是一個多種權力共存、博弈的場所,各種不同權力的配置形成不同的院長領導情境。大學里的行政權力、學術權力和市場權力構成一個如三角形的權力場,院長情境因權力場中各力量對比的變化而不同。我國不同類型大學的權力配置不一樣,院長面臨的領導情境也不同�；跈嗔鑫恢玫念I導情境決定了院長的角色特征。
[Abstract]:University is a place where many kinds of power coexist and game.The administrative power, academic power and market power in the university form a triangular power field, and the dean's situation varies according to the change of the power balance in the power field.Different types of universities in China have different allocation of power and different leadership situations faced by deans.The leadership situation based on the position of power field determines the character of the dean's role.
