口述史在高校文化建設(shè)中的運用研究

【摘要】:口述史起源于遠古時代的民間傳說,無論是在中國還是西方,都是歷史學(xué)的最早形式,F(xiàn)代口述史興起的標志是1948年哥倫比亞大學(xué)口述歷史研究室的建立?谑鍪凡坏S富了歷史學(xué)的研究方法,還被廣泛地應(yīng)用于多個社會和自然科學(xué)領(lǐng)域。近年來,在高校文化建設(shè)中,各種形式和類型的口述史項目和成果如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn),呈現(xiàn)繁榮之勢。但“外導(dǎo)而生”的高校口述史并未表現(xiàn)出承先啟后,后來居上的態(tài)勢,依舊呈現(xiàn)出口述史多年發(fā)展的沉疴痼疾:理論零散薄弱,概念濫用誤用,操作方法與技術(shù)不規(guī)范嚴謹?shù)。這些都需要考鏡源流,辨章學(xué)術(shù),澄清錯訛,吸取教訓(xùn),不斷在完善規(guī)范中提升工作水平和研究質(zhì)量?谑鍪吩诟咝N幕ㄔO(shè)中的運用研究有理論和實踐兩方面的意義,從理論上來看,可以構(gòu)建和完善高等教育口述史的基本理論,豐富和深化高等教育史及高等教育的理論研究;從實踐方面看,有利于解決口述史在高校文化建設(shè)中的工作規(guī)范問題,有利于完善高校文化建設(shè)中口述史的工作機制,促進大學(xué)精神的傳承和文化育人功能的提升。本文在查閱大量文獻、案例分析和基于校本的半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談的基礎(chǔ)上,首先闡述口述史的含義、特點,并從哲學(xué)和歷史建構(gòu)的角度對口述史的真實性進行解釋。其次,辨析口述史與高校文化建設(shè)的關(guān)系,主要包括高校口述史與校史文化的含義、高校文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵和構(gòu)成、口述史運用到高校文化建設(shè)中的必要性等方面。第三是口述史在高校文化建設(shè)中的現(xiàn)狀及問題分析,在對國內(nèi)多個高校的口述史工作和成果進行梳理和研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合校內(nèi)師生的訪談內(nèi)容,分析口述史在高校文化建設(shè)中存在的問題及其原因。最后,為促進口述史對高校文化建設(shè)的作用,提出了口述史工作的規(guī)范性程序、提升成效的方法和完善的機制。本文的重點包括從全新的角度闡述口述史對高校老教師、老職工生命價值的關(guān)愛意義;從人物和事件兩個角度,梳理現(xiàn)有高?谑鍪烦晒;從規(guī)范化程序出發(fā)提升口述史的真實性,在借鑒其他學(xué)科方法的基礎(chǔ)上,探討了焦點人物法、焦點事件法、相關(guān)人物訪談法、過程——事件法、注釋法等高校口述史具體方法;結(jié)合實際提出了口述史運用到高校文化建設(shè)中的工作規(guī)范和機制,建議口述史應(yīng)融入到高校的文化建設(shè)、學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、校友服務(wù)等日常主體工作中,吸引廣大師生、校友參與到口述史工作;建立跨部門的協(xié)作工作機制,改變高?谑鍪匪槠⒆詡骰谋∪醅F(xiàn)狀,促進高校文化發(fā)展和大學(xué)精神傳承。
[Abstract]:Oral history originated in ancient folklore, whether in China or the West, is the earliest form of history.The symbol of the rise of modern oral history is the establishment of Columbia University Oral History Laboratory in 1948.Oral history not only enriches the research methods of history, but also is widely used in many fields of social and natural sciences.In recent years, in the cultural construction of colleges and universities, various forms and types of oral history projects and achievements have sprung up, showing the trend of prosperity.However, the oral history of colleges and universities under the guidance of external guidance does not show a link between the past and the future. As the latter transcends the former, it still presents the serious and chronic diseases of the oral history that have developed for many years: weak theory, misuse of concepts, improper operation methods and techniques, and so on.All these need to examine the source of the mirror, identify the academic chapter, clarify the error, learn from the lessons, and constantly improve the standard of work and research quality.The research on the application of oral history in the cultural construction of colleges and universities is of both theoretical and practical significance. In theory, we can construct and perfect the basic theory of oral history of higher education, enrich and deepen the history of higher education and the theoretical research of higher education.From the point of view of practice, it is helpful to solve the problem of the standardization of oral history in the construction of university culture, to perfect the working mechanism of oral history in the construction of university culture, to promote the inheritance of university spirit and the promotion of the function of cultural education.Based on a large number of literature, case studies and semi-structured interviews based on school-based, this paper first expounds the meaning and characteristics of oral history, and explains the authenticity of oral history from the perspective of philosophy and historical construction.Secondly, the relationship between oral history and university culture construction is analyzed, including the meaning of oral history and university history culture, the connotation and composition of university culture construction, the necessity of oral history applied to university culture construction and so on.The third is the analysis of the status quo and problems of oral history in the cultural construction of colleges and universities. On the basis of combing and studying the work and achievements of oral history of many colleges and universities in China, the interview content of teachers and students in schools is combined.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of oral history in the cultural construction of colleges and universities.Finally, in order to promote the role of oral history in the cultural construction of colleges and universities, this paper puts forward the normative procedure of oral history work, the method of improving the effectiveness and the perfect mechanism.The emphasis of this paper is to expound the caring significance of oral history to the life value of old teachers and staff from a new perspective, to comb the achievements of oral history of colleges and universities from the perspectives of characters and events.Based on the standardized procedure to improve the authenticity of oral history, this paper discusses the specific methods of oral history of colleges and universities, such as focal character method, focus event method, relevant character interview method, process-event method, annotating method and so on.Combined with the practice, this paper puts forward the working norms and mechanisms of oral history applied to the cultural construction of colleges and universities, and suggests that oral history should be integrated into the daily main work of cultural construction, discipline construction, talent training, alumni service, and so on, in order to attract teachers and students.Alumni take part in oral history work, establish inter-departmental cooperative work mechanism, change the weak status quo of fragmentation and autobiography of oral history in colleges and universities, promote the development of university culture and the inheritance of university spirit.
