【摘要】：盡管大學生兼職已是一種普遍現(xiàn)象,但是,大學生的兼職行為依然存在著三大誤區(qū):一是兼職工作與所學專業(yè)相關度低,二是過度兼職,三是不良兼職。只有高值兼職才能為大學生日后成長成才、順利就業(yè)真正提供積極有效的幫助。大學生的高值兼職應遵循的策略是:以職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃為導向的策略,緊密結合專業(yè)以兼職的策略,適度兼職的策略,安全兼職的策略。
[Abstract]:Although it is a common phenomenon for college students to work part-time, there are still three misunderstandings in their part-time work: one is the low correlation between part-time work and their major, the other is excessive part-time, and the third is bad part-time.Only high-value part-time can provide positive and effective help for college students to grow up and get successful employment.The strategies that should be followed for college students' high value part-time work are: career planning oriented strategy, combination of professional and part-time strategy, moderate part-time strategy, and safe part-time strategy.
