創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)背景下大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)與實(shí)施研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)實(shí)施高校擴(kuò)招政策以來(lái),畢業(yè)生數(shù)量逐年攀升,從1999年的101萬(wàn)上升到2016年的765萬(wàn)人,而城鎮(zhèn)新增崗位數(shù)卻遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,面對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)下行的壓力,大學(xué)生就業(yè)難已有目共睹。以往以就業(yè)率單一指標(biāo)衡量大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量的時(shí)代已經(jīng)過(guò)去,時(shí)代的發(fā)展,教育的發(fā)展,要求我們要全面衡量大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量,以幫助社會(huì)全面了解大學(xué)生就業(yè)狀況,幫助各高校畢業(yè)生提前進(jìn)行職業(yè)規(guī)劃,幫助各高校認(rèn)清就業(yè)當(dāng)中存在的諸多關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,通過(guò)問(wèn)題的解決,全面提升大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量,推動(dòng)我國(guó)教育改革及經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。本文以教育部直屬75所高校發(fā)布的就業(yè)質(zhì)量報(bào)告為研究基礎(chǔ),在借鑒以往研究學(xué)者對(duì)大學(xué)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量研究的基礎(chǔ)上,在國(guó)際間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)是以國(guó)家創(chuàng)新能力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)大背景下,結(jié)合我國(guó)"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬(wàn)眾創(chuàng)新"的實(shí)際發(fā)展背景,對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)進(jìn)行探索研究。通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料、專家意見(jiàn)咨詢初步整理出大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)體系指標(biāo);篩選出與大學(xué)生就業(yè)相關(guān)的42個(gè)因素,設(shè)計(jì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查;運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)收集數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,檢驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷的信度與效度,提取出五個(gè)主因子成份,對(duì)五個(gè)主因子成份進(jìn)行命名,確定為就業(yè)能力、薪酬與和諧勞動(dòng)關(guān)系、發(fā)展平臺(tái)、工作滿意度、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育。同時(shí),進(jìn)一步確定這五個(gè)方面作為大學(xué)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)的主要指標(biāo),并對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系提出應(yīng)用建議與保障機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Since the implementation of the policy of expanding enrollment in colleges and universities, the number of graduates has risen year by year, from 1.01 million in 1999 to 7.65 million in 2016, but the number of new posts in cities and towns is far from enough. Facing the downward pressure of the economy, it is obvious that it is difficult for college students to obtain employment.In the past, the era of measuring the employment quality of college students by a single index of employment rate has passed. The development of the times and the development of education require us to comprehensively measure the employment quality of college students in order to help the society fully understand the employment situation of college students.In order to improve the quality of college students' employment and promote the reform of education and sustainable development of economy, it is necessary to help the graduates of colleges and universities to plan their careers ahead of time, to help them recognize the key problems existing in employment, to solve the problems and to improve the quality of employment of college students in an all-round way.On the basis of the employment quality report issued by 75 universities directly under the Ministry of Education, this paper draws lessons from the previous research on the employment quality of college graduates, and under the background of the competition of national innovation ability, the international competition is based on the research on the employment quality of university graduates.Based on the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, this paper explores the evaluation of employment quality of college students in China.Through consulting literature and consulting experts' opinions, the evaluation system indexes of college students' employment quality are preliminarily sorted out, 42 factors related to college students' employment are screened out, and questionnaires are designed and investigated.Using factor analysis method to analyze the collected data, test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, extract five principal factors, name the five principal factors, determine the employability, salary and harmonious labor relationship, development platform.Job satisfaction, innovative entrepreneurship education.At the same time, these five aspects are further determined as the main indicators of the evaluation of college students' employment quality, and the application suggestions and guarantee mechanism of the evaluation system are put forward.
