【摘要】：近年來(lái),專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位研究生規(guī)模迅猛發(fā)展和專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文質(zhì)量參差不齊之間的突出矛盾一直是制約我國(guó)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位良性發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵癥結(jié)。由于專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文形式多樣并且規(guī)范和評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各異加之?dāng)?shù)據(jù)材料缺失,更加凸顯出此類問(wèn)題的研究難度和價(jià)值。通過(guò)分析Y市"存在問(wèn)題"抽檢論文專家評(píng)審意見發(fā)現(xiàn),目前專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位論文存在論文選題偏移、文獻(xiàn)綜述失范、核心概念模糊、研究主題偏離、對(duì)策建議不實(shí)、邏輯思路混亂、研究過(guò)程不足、研究方法失當(dāng)、論證材料隨意、專業(yè)知識(shí)欠缺和抄襲作假嚴(yán)重11個(gè)典型問(wèn)題。矯正這些問(wèn)題需要培養(yǎng)單位、導(dǎo)師及研究生樹立"責(zé)任意識(shí)"和"質(zhì)量意識(shí)",加強(qiáng)質(zhì)量自律,對(duì)專業(yè)學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)實(shí)施過(guò)程管理和"節(jié)點(diǎn)控制",并盡快在省域?qū)用鎸?shí)施專業(yè)學(xué)位論文抽檢工作,從而對(duì)各利益相關(guān)者形成"倒逼效應(yīng)"。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the prominent contradiction between the rapid development of professional master degree graduate and the uneven quality of professional master degree thesis has been the key problem restricting the benign development of professional master degree in China.The difficulty and value of this kind of research are highlighted because of the diversity of professional master's thesis and the difference of standard and evaluation standard and the lack of data material.Through the analysis of the expert evaluation opinions of the spot inspection papers of "existing problems" in Y City, it is found that at present, there are excursions of thesis topics in professional master's degree thesis, the literature review is out of order, the core concepts are vague, the research subject deviates, the countermeasures and suggestions are not true.There are 11 typical problems, such as confusion of logical thinking, insufficient research process, improper research methods, random argumentation materials, lack of professional knowledge and plagiarism.To correct these problems, it is necessary to cultivate "responsibility consciousness" and "quality consciousness" among units, tutors and graduate students, and strengthen self-discipline of quality.The process management and "node control" for the cultivation of professional graduate students are carried out, and the sampling inspection of professional degree papers is carried out at the provincial level as soon as possible, thus forming a "backward force effect" on all stakeholders.
