【摘要】：現實之中的高校教師參與治理實踐極為復雜,遠非幾個簡單概念、簡約的理論和抽象理念所能回答,參與治理體現了參與民主與不同主體間權利的平等,但是,它不意味著不同主體具有同等的權力;不同事項的性質決定了教師參與決策的范圍,但不同教師專業(yè)資質與能力又決定了其參與程度的差異;教師參與治理效果或許并不理想,但即便如此,它依舊必不可少,是維持大學作為文化意義機構的核心制度節(jié)點。
[Abstract]:In reality, the practice of university teachers' participation in governance is extremely complex, far from a few simple concepts, simple theories and abstract ideas can answer. Participation in governance embodies the equality of rights between participating democracy and different subjects, but,It does not mean that different subjects have the same power; the nature of different events determines the scope of teachers' participation in decision-making, but different teachers' professional qualifications and abilities determine the difference of their participation degree; the effect of teachers' participation in governance may not be ideal.But even so, it is essential to maintain the university as the core institution of cultural significance.
