高等?茖W(xué)校教師科研成果影響因果研究

【摘要】:高等?茖W(xué)校作為高等教育體系中一個(gè)重要層次,其教學(xué)和科研工作為人才的輸出和培養(yǎng)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn),然而不同層次和類型的學(xué)校其人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和科研工作的方向也不同,本研究根據(jù)高等?茖W(xué)校教師科研工作的特點(diǎn),結(jié)合問卷調(diào)查出高等?茖W(xué)校教師科研成果的影響因素。本文研究結(jié)論主要有以下幾點(diǎn):第一,高等?茖W(xué)校教師科研產(chǎn)出并不理想,科研成果較少的教師占大多數(shù);第二,高等?茖W(xué)校教師的職稱、學(xué)歷、性別、年齡和對學(xué)校因素、社會(huì)因素、個(gè)人因素的重視程度都影響著教師科研成果的產(chǎn)出,其中高等專科學(xué)校教師職稱和學(xué)歷越高,對學(xué)校因素和社會(huì)因素越重視,教師論文發(fā)表越多;高等?茖W(xué)校教師職稱越高,對社會(huì)因素越重視,其獲獎(jiǎng)越多,男教師的獲獎(jiǎng)高于女教師并且教師年齡與教師獲獎(jiǎng)呈反比;高等專科學(xué)校教師越重視社會(huì)因素和個(gè)人因素,其參與的項(xiàng)目課題越多;高等?茖W(xué)校教師對社會(huì)因素越重視,教師獲得的專利和出版的著作就越多。根據(jù)結(jié)論,提出以下建議:第一,國家應(yīng)加大對高等專科學(xué)校政策和制度的支持;第二,政府應(yīng)加大對高等?茖W(xué)?蒲胸(cái)政的投入;第三,高等?茖W(xué)校應(yīng)該提供良好的科研環(huán)境和制定科學(xué)的科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)制度;第四,高等專科學(xué)校應(yīng)積極開展教師科研培訓(xùn),提供給教師更多學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì);第五,教師應(yīng)努力提升自己的科研能力。
[Abstract]:As an important level in the higher education system, the teaching and scientific research work of the college has made great contributions to the output and cultivation of talents.However, different levels and types of schools have different talents training goals and different research directions. According to the characteristics of teachers' scientific research in colleges and universities, the factors influencing the achievements of teachers' scientific research in colleges and universities are found out by the questionnaire survey.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the scientific research output of teachers in colleges is not ideal, and the majority of teachers with less achievements in scientific research, second, the titles, qualifications, gender of teachers in colleges and universities.Age and attention to school factors, social factors and individual factors all affect the output of teachers' scientific research achievements. The higher the teachers' professional titles and qualifications, the more attention they attach to the school factors and social factors.The higher the professional title of teachers, the more attention they attach to social factors, and the more they win prizes, the higher the male teachers are compared to the female teachers, and the higher the teachers' age is, the inversely proportional to the teachers' winning.The more teachers attach importance to social factors and personal factors, the more subjects they participate in, and the more teachers attach importance to social factors, the more patents they get and the more books they publish.According to the conclusion, the following suggestions are put forward: first, the state should increase the support for the policy and system of the college; second, the government should increase the financial input to the scientific research of the college; third,Colleges and universities should provide a good scientific research environment and establish a scientific scientific research reward system; fourth, colleges and universities should actively carry out scientific research training for teachers to provide more learning opportunities for teachers; fifth,Teachers should strive to improve their scientific research ability.
