【摘要】：文章分析了普通本科院校在學(xué)生大四階段人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問題,如教學(xué)秩序、教學(xué)質(zhì)量受到的沖擊,學(xué)生培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量和輸送到研究生的學(xué)生質(zhì)量受到的影響。進(jìn)而剖析了解決這些問題的制約因素,最后給出了解決問題的對(duì)策和方案構(gòu)想。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in the senior stage of college students, such as the order of teaching, the impact on the quality of teaching, the influence of the quality of the students' training and the quality of the students transported to graduate students.Then it analyzes the restrictive factors to solve these problems, and finally gives the countermeasures and scheme of solving the problems.
