【摘要】：友善觀被列為社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的內(nèi)容之一,是黨和國家針對(duì)當(dāng)前社會(huì)中存在的一些突出問題的思考產(chǎn)物。友善是指帶有好言行、好品質(zhì)的個(gè)體在與他人交往的過程中親近、接納、愛惜對(duì)方。大學(xué)生友善觀是社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀之友善的組成部分,友善觀的培育與踐行能讓大學(xué)生擁有求真的態(tài)度、向善的行為、以及對(duì)美的追求。作為在特定群體中所倡導(dǎo)的價(jià)值理念,大學(xué)生友善觀的培育與踐行應(yīng)當(dāng)以順應(yīng)大學(xué)生身心發(fā)展為前提,以遵循社會(huì)主義友善觀內(nèi)涵為基礎(chǔ)。這一研究,順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展和社會(huì)要求,對(duì)提升大學(xué)生思想道德修養(yǎng)具有積極意義。論文主要內(nèi)容包括以下部分。第一部分緒論,闡釋本文的研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀及其研究方法與創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分是對(duì)友善觀基本理論的探究。首先對(duì)“友善”進(jìn)行詞源學(xué)考究,然后深入挖掘中國傳統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀文化中的友善思想,同時(shí)著眼于當(dāng)前所提倡的社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值觀的基礎(chǔ)上來理解友善的當(dāng)代內(nèi)涵,最后明確友善具備關(guān)照主體間的平等性、既具包容性又具原則性以及突出的互動(dòng)性三大特征。第三部分是大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行概述。探討大學(xué)生友善觀內(nèi)涵及其特征、大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行的內(nèi)涵、培育與踐行的關(guān)系,以及闡明其培育與踐行有助于塑造大學(xué)生健全的人格、提高校園管理水平、形成良好校園風(fēng)氣的意義。第四部分是大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查說明。一方面,大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行總體情況良好,大學(xué)生總體具備友善交往意識(shí)、普遍認(rèn)同友善重要性、學(xué)校對(duì)友善觀培育有所重視;另一方面,當(dāng)前面臨著大學(xué)生交往動(dòng)機(jī)復(fù)雜、踐行友善不積極主動(dòng)、對(duì)熟人與對(duì)陌生人態(tài)度反差較大,以及學(xué)校培育內(nèi)容缺乏針對(duì)性、培育方式較為單一、培育目標(biāo)仍未達(dá)標(biāo)等問題,造成這一系列的困境究其原因主要受個(gè)人因素、家庭因素、學(xué)校因素以及社會(huì)因素的影響。第五部分是大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行路徑探析。首先應(yīng)明確正視自己生命與己友善,關(guān)愛他人與人友善交往,愛護(hù)環(huán)境與生態(tài)為友、與自然為善是大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行的具體內(nèi)容,然后分別從大學(xué)生自身層面、家庭層面、高校層面以及社會(huì)層面強(qiáng)調(diào)大學(xué)生友善觀培育與踐行的具體路徑:對(duì)于大學(xué)生自身來說應(yīng)當(dāng)通過學(xué)思結(jié)合、慎獨(dú)自律、躬行踐履的方法,深刻理解友善、培養(yǎng)友善情感與意志,最終實(shí)實(shí)在在地踐行友善;家庭應(yīng)努力營(yíng)造和諧友善的家庭氛圍并注重改善家庭培育方式;高校應(yīng)在培育方式上有所轉(zhuǎn)變,同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)引導(dǎo)、明確友善生成過程提高培育實(shí)效;社會(huì)應(yīng)健全制度保障、轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)友善觀念。
[Abstract]:The concept of friendliness is listed as one of the core values of socialism and is the product of the Party and the state to think about some outstanding problems existing in the current society.Friendliness refers to individuals with good deeds and good qualities who are close, accepting and loving each other in the process of communicating with others.The concept of college students' friendliness is a component of the socialist core values of friendliness. The cultivation and practice of the concept of friendliness can enable college students to have the attitude of seeking truth, the behavior of kindness and the pursuit of beauty.As a value concept advocated in a specific group, the cultivation and practice of college students' concept of friendliness should be based on conforming to the physical and mental development of college students and following the connotation of socialist concept of friendliness.This research conforms to the development of the times and social requirements, and has positive significance to enhance the ideological and moral cultivation of college students.The main content of the thesis includes the following parts.The first part is introduction, which explains the research background, research status, research methods and innovations.The second part is the exploration of the basic theory of friendliness.First of all, the etymology of "friendliness" is studied, and then the friendly thoughts in Chinese traditional excellent culture are deeply explored, and the contemporary connotation of friendliness is understood on the basis of the socialist core values advocated at present.Finally, it is clear that friendliness has the three characteristics of equality between subjects, inclusiveness and principle, and outstanding interactivity.The third part is a summary of cultivation and practice of college students'friendly view.This paper probes into the connotation and characteristics of college students' concept of friendliness, the connotation of cultivation and practice of college students' view of friendliness, the relationship between cultivation and practice, and clarifies that its cultivation and practice can help to shape the sound personality of college students and improve the level of campus management.The significance of forming a good campus atmosphere.The fourth part is the investigation on the cultivation and practice of college students'friendly view.On the one hand, the cultivation and practice of the concept of friendliness among college students are in good condition, and college students have a general sense of friendly communication, generally agree on the importance of friendliness, and schools attach importance to the cultivation of the concept of friendliness; on the other hand,At present, college students are faced with such problems as complicated communication motivation, not active practice of friendliness, great contrast to acquaintances and strangers, lack of pertinence in the contents of school cultivation, single cultivation methods, and still not reaching the standard of cultivation goals.The causes of this series of difficulties are mainly influenced by personal factors, family factors, school factors and social factors.The fifth part is the cultivation and practice path of college students'friendly view.First of all, it is the concrete content of cultivating and practicing the friendly view of college students that we should face up to their own life and be friendly, care for others and be friendly with others, love the environment and ecology, and be good with nature, and then from the college students' own level.At the family level, college level and social level, the concrete path of cultivating and practicing the friendly view of college students should be emphasized: for the college students themselves, they should understand the friendliness deeply through the combination of learning and thinking, the method of self-discipline, and the method of practicing in practice.Cultivate friendly feelings and will, and finally practice friendliness; families should strive to create a harmonious and friendly family atmosphere and focus on improving family rearing methods; colleges and universities should change the way of cultivation, and strengthen guidance.The process of making clear the generation of friendliness improves the practical effect of cultivation, and the society should perfect the system guarantee and change the traditional concept of friendliness.
