地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型與人才培養(yǎng)模式變革

【摘要】:基于2016年全國(guó)"地方本科院校人才培養(yǎng)與就業(yè)調(diào)查"數(shù)據(jù),圍繞地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型與人才培養(yǎng)方式變革進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在地方本科院校轉(zhuǎn)型過(guò)程中,人才培養(yǎng)方式發(fā)生了顯著變化,具體表現(xiàn)在課程設(shè)置、教學(xué)行為、實(shí)踐教學(xué)和綜合實(shí)習(xí)等方面,在課程設(shè)置的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐性、教學(xué)行為的學(xué)以致用型、實(shí)踐教學(xué)的資源充分性和實(shí)習(xí)考評(píng)上表現(xiàn)明顯。轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)院校與非轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)院校在學(xué)生能力素質(zhì)增值上存在顯著差異,轉(zhuǎn)型試點(diǎn)院校整體表現(xiàn)較好,但在就業(yè)狀況上相對(duì)較弱,尤其是就業(yè)對(duì)口程度和就業(yè)起薪與老本科院校還存在明顯差距。進(jìn)一步分析發(fā)現(xiàn),教師教學(xué)與學(xué)生專(zhuān)業(yè)技術(shù)能力正相關(guān)性最大,學(xué)生工作總體滿(mǎn)意度和校企合作水平相關(guān)性最大。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of "Local undergraduate College Talent training and Employment Survey" in 2016, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the transformation of local undergraduate colleges and the transformation of talent training mode.It is found that in the process of transformation of local colleges and universities, the mode of talent training has changed significantly, which is embodied in the curriculum setting, teaching behavior, practical teaching and comprehensive practice, etc.The teaching behavior is applied by learning, the resources of practical teaching are sufficient and the practice evaluation is obvious.There are significant differences between the transition pilot colleges and the non-transition pilot colleges in the increment of students' ability quality. The overall performance of the transition pilot colleges is better, but the employment situation is relatively weak.Especially, there is a significant gap between the degree of employment counterpart and the starting salary of employment with the old undergraduate colleges.Further analysis shows that teachers' teaching has the greatest positive correlation with students' professional technical ability, and students' overall job satisfaction has the greatest correlation with the level of cooperation between schools and enterprises.
