【摘要】：近年來(lái),一方面由于世界經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化、全球化的浪潮造成歐美國(guó)家來(lái)華辦學(xué)風(fēng)潮興起,中國(guó)高等教育貿(mào)易逆差進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大;另一方面,由于"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略的迅速推進(jìn)刺激了中國(guó)和沿線國(guó)家對(duì)跨文化人才的大量需求,國(guó)內(nèi)教育主管部門(mén)開(kāi)始認(rèn)識(shí)到不能只靠吸引留學(xué)生來(lái)華留學(xué)或在國(guó)內(nèi)通過(guò)中外合作辦學(xué)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)"引進(jìn)來(lái)",更需要主動(dòng)"走出去",對(duì)海外高等教育進(jìn)行直接投資。在政策的倡導(dǎo)下,一些實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的高校紛紛將"走出去"作為發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提上日程,加快海外辦學(xué)的步伐。其中,有些大學(xué)搶抓先機(jī),憑借區(qū)域合作、歷史淵源、地緣優(yōu)勢(shì)等機(jī)緣進(jìn)軍東南亞國(guó)家,取得了初步的成功,積累了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本文以在東南亞辦學(xué)的三所國(guó)內(nèi)院校為考察對(duì)象,就其辦學(xué)淵源、辦學(xué)模式進(jìn)行分析,探討中國(guó)高校海外辦學(xué)對(duì)推進(jìn)"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略、高等教育全球化和漢語(yǔ)國(guó)際傳播的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,并對(duì)中國(guó)高校在東南亞辦學(xué)問(wèn)題提出了反思與展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, on the one hand, as a result of the integration of the world economy and the wave of globalization, the tide of European and American countries to run schools in China has risen, and China's trade deficit in higher education has further expanded.As the rapid development of Belt and Road's strategy has stimulated the huge demand for cross-cultural talents in China and the countries along the route,The competent education department in China has begun to realize that it is not only necessary to attract foreign students to study in China or to "bring in" through Chinese-foreign cooperation in running a school, but also to "go out" and make direct investment in overseas higher education.Under the initiative of the policy, some powerful universities put "going out" on the agenda as a development strategy to speed up the pace of overseas schools.Among them, some universities seize the first chance, with regional cooperation, historical origin, geographical advantages and other opportunities to enter Southeast Asian countries, has achieved initial success, accumulated certain experience.Taking three domestic colleges and universities running in Southeast Asia as the object of investigation, this paper analyzes the origin and mode of running schools, and probes into the strategy of "Belt and Road" to promote the overseas running of Chinese colleges and universities.The globalization of higher education and the practical significance of the international dissemination of Chinese language are discussed, and the reflection and prospect of running schools in Southeast Asia in China are put forward.
