高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)管理研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育體制改革不斷深化,多校區(qū)辦學(xué)已經(jīng)成為我國高等教育的一種新的組織形態(tài)。它不但加速了我國的高等教育體制改革,提升了社會資本能力,還優(yōu)化了學(xué)校內(nèi)部的學(xué)科整體結(jié)構(gòu)。在帶來這些諸多優(yōu)點促進社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的同時,多校區(qū)辦學(xué)也為高校管理帶來了新的挑戰(zhàn)。多校區(qū)大學(xué)的管理在我國是一個新課題,目前還沒有成熟的模式可以借鑒。本文通過對多校區(qū)辦學(xué)相關(guān)理論的深入研究,運用SWOT分析法探討了多校區(qū)辦學(xué)管理的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅,針對這些優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅,提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。在高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)管理上,我們要抓住政府放權(quán)的機遇,增加高校多校區(qū)管理的活力;要在挑戰(zhàn)中加強文化建設(shè),促進學(xué)校文化“軟實力”的提升;要在優(yōu)勢中協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,促進高校資源的合理配置;要在劣勢中創(chuàng)新管理方式,采取適度集權(quán)與相對放權(quán)的管理方法;還要豐富理論體系,探索高校多校區(qū)管理新模式。在總結(jié)歸納了這些對策建議后,以長春工業(yè)大學(xué)為例,為長春工業(yè)大學(xué)提出了一些切實可行的管理對策。本文的創(chuàng)新點有三個,創(chuàng)新點一,本文在研究時運用管理學(xué)中的SWOT分析法對高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)進行深度分析,找出高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇與威脅,并以此為暗線,將論文的研究整體貫穿起來。在對策與建議時更是緊緊圍繞SWOT分析得出結(jié)論,并針對性的提出了自己的建議與意見,具有普適性與針對性,觀點的視角新穎、獨特;創(chuàng)新點二,經(jīng)過不斷的學(xué)習(xí)與借鑒,提出了更為科學(xué)的、富有內(nèi)涵的多校區(qū)高校的內(nèi)涵與界定;創(chuàng)新點三,提出了適度集權(quán)與相對放權(quán)的管理方式,豐富了多校區(qū)管理的理論體系。希望通過本文的研究,可以為高校多校區(qū)辦學(xué)管理帶來參考和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's higher education system reform, multi-campus education has become a new organizational form of higher education in China.It not only accelerates the reform of China's higher education system, promotes the social capital ability, but also optimizes the whole discipline structure within the school.While bringing these advantages to promote the development of social economy, multi-campus schools also bring new challenges to the management of colleges and universities.The management of multi-campus universities is a new subject in our country, and there is no mature model to learn from it.This paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of multi-campus management by means of SWOT analysis, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in view of these advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats.In the management of multi-campus schools in colleges and universities, we should seize the opportunity of government decentralization, increase the vitality of multi-campus management in colleges and universities, strengthen cultural construction in the face of challenges, promote the promotion of "soft power" in school culture, and coordinate the development among the advantages.It is necessary to promote the rational allocation of university resources; to innovate the management mode in the inferior position, to adopt the management method of moderate centralization and relative decentralization; to enrich the theoretical system and to explore the new management mode of multi-campus management in colleges and universities.After summing up these countermeasures and suggestions, taking Changchun University of Technology as an example, this paper puts forward some feasible management countermeasures for Changchun University of Technology.There are three innovation points in this paper, one is innovation point one. In this paper, we use the SWOT analysis method in management to analyze the multi-campus school running in depth, and find out the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the multi-campus school running in colleges and universities, and take this as the dark line.The whole research of the thesis is run through.When the countermeasures and suggestions are closely around the SWOT analysis to draw conclusions, and pertinently put forward their own suggestions and opinions, with the universality and pertinence, the perspective is novel and unique; innovation point two, after continuous learning and reference,This paper puts forward the connotation and definition of multi-campus colleges and universities with more scientific and rich connotations, innovates three points, puts forward the management mode of moderate centralization and relative decentralization, and enriches the theoretical system of multi-campus management.Through the research of this paper, we hope to bring reference and inspiration to the management of multi-campus schools in colleges and universities.
